The reserve at cary park, CARY, NC Apartments are in a great location but management is worst. I won't recommend this community to anyone. They will talk nicely before signing the lease, and as soon as you are done signing, their attitude and everything get changed.
When you enquire about the lease, they will provide approximate Utility costs but you will pay way more than what they said, so please inquire about it properly.
As soon as you moved in, they will constantly beg you for reviews.
They will start pressuring you before 5 months to confirm extending the lease as there are other families waiting for even there are plenty of apartments vacant in the property
They will do their best to not give your security deposit back

Cross Creek Apartments in Murfreesboro TN has been a nightmare. I have been paying for a washer that has not worked then maintenance brought me a new washer that is broken as well. And they are still charging me for the washer. All my cabinet drawers in the kitchen are held on by clear tape . Carpet is disgusting. Noted it on our move-in slip. Ask them to clean no response. Try to reach out to property manager no response.

I lived at Arbors of Anderson before Connor Group took over. After the Connor group took over it seemed like everything was more about increasing the price of everything and little to no worry about the tenants. Although they did make the property look nicer (paint the buildings, black top etc) They really just inconvenienced all of us who lived there majority of the time. They also managed to take all the trees out even though their property name meant "tree".. so we all lost privacy and blocked sound from the interstate.
The customer service is very poor. If you call with an issue, your issue seems very insignificant. Multiple times I would have to write a lengthy email just to get the issue that I had resolved. Multiple times I had work orders that would just not be taken care of or I waited a very long time for them to be taken care of.
The apartment that I was renting, The balcony was very unsafe it was about to fall off the building to which they were aware. And had asked them to take care of it. Never did...
They also started these annual walkthroughs which was just a way for them to get in your apartment to use their sale tactics on you. And drop the bomb that they were going to raise your rent $300 to $500. That's just for a year I might add... I really don't have anything positive to say about them except that they are greedy and their business model is extremely whacked.
They don't return phone calls and they are not there to help you as a customer.
As soon as you sign the lease you're trapped...
      Seriously run...
*I would leave a no star review if I could

I lived at Arbors of Anderson for a year, owned by the Connor Group. I would have been willing to give them a higher rating and i was extremely understanding with how long it took to fix issues since the there is a labor shortage and I had to take care of many issues on my own like the ants but the issue of keeping 350 dollars is a bridge to far.
The charges are for the glass globe that went on the fan (that I reported broken for 10+ months) and that was never replaced. The fan and light didn't work either. I was charged 200 for this and as one of the ladies in the office stated, if there is a precedent (that I had reported the globe as having broken) that I would be refunded, which I was not and not only that but Amy who is in charge talked to me once (after calling for weeks) and stated she would call me back in 24-48hrs after investigating (didn't happen).
I get Amy can be busy, but as a human and a disabled Marine combat veteran, I can’t get the respect of a simple call back? When I call, I just get the same three people answering the phone and taking my messages.
Was also charged 150 for the apartment not being clean to their standards. This made my friends and family angry who helped me clean for a few hours (we have pics, we were pretty proud of leaving it so nice) a Marine Corps motto is "leave it better than you received it."
I even called the Connor Group and they said there was nothing they could do, that I had to call Arbors of Anderson. I asked for more help. The customer service person said that most of the other higher ups are usually traveling and don't check messages. I was forwarded to a voicemail and left a message (which was never returned).

We told lots of false information. Staff completely changed after a couple of months. Gate was broken a lot.
There was no move in or move our procedure in place. They said we would get our deposit back and then deducted $500 from it. Slow maintenance. It took them over 5 months to repair the microwave.

Avoid any apartment owned by TCG at all cost. From my observation, they run a very simple business model of buying up properties, increase the cashflow by cutting basic services and increasing rents. This is all done at the tenants' expense. Do not trust their google reviews. Their website boasts of an award for online reputation from a firm (J Turner Research) that helps manage online reputation, so take that for what it's worth.
Despite their 1.19 star ranking on BBB reviews they somehow earn an A+, very suspect.

Super unprofessional, spoke with Katie at Alas at Lowry and she was short and very rude, couldn't even tell me what specials they had. Called the Connor Group customer service line and they were even MORE rude and unhelpful. Super unprofessional and ridiculous.

I had been looking for a new apartment to move to with my partner into closer to my work. The workers at Hunter's Chase apartments, handled by the Connor Group, called me in for a tour. I was the only one of the two of us able to go on the tour. After the tour they kept switching me between different t employees in the office. Each time I was told a different paper needed to be signed and finally they told me I would need to sign and pay a deposit. I told them that I was really only there to see the apartment and we would keep them in my mind but they were very insistent. I ended up paying $500 vecause they basically would not tell them I needed more time to make any sort of decision. Later on, I believe it was the property manager (the first person I had talked to) called to see how I felt about the day. I had missed the her call at first so I called back, it said the whole 'this call is being recorded' line and I explained how I felt I had been rushed and basically ransomed for a deposit that we weren't even sure we were ready to do yet and that we were still looking for other options (which we have now since found). She told me that she's sorry I felt that way and that she would refund my money. This was a month or so ago now and I have not seen any sort of refund.
Do not go here. They will do anything to get you to stay there too long, pay whatever amount they want, and then lie to you about fixing it. I would give negative stars if I could.

zero stars. purposefully misleading in the leasing terms. anyone reading this looking into renting please note that you can't break lease for any reason ever. in my case I have incurred a large medical bill, and the loss of a job. when signing my agent "helped by summarizing pages of the agreement" and purposefully lied about the early termination, saying that it was the standard 1-1.5 month rent. now that I need to get out for financial and psychology well being i am being told that it cant be broken and to leave is to pay out the entire lease up front. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. amazing that the BBB gives them a good review as this seems like it is directly against the well being and fairness to customers and customer protection.
