I had moved on here in the 1st of October. Today is the end of the month having to sit in rain because I had more than 30 nails coming through the carpet which my granddaughter stepped on one of them causing her to get tetanus shot. The carpet appeared great upon move in since being cleaned but all stains came back. The place was not cleaned upon the next day noticing. Blinds were and still are black after a month. Ceiling vents black. Toilet did not flush same day. Kitchen sink leaked the following. The dryer vent was not connected which was a fire hazard. Master bedroom blinds were broke. People in office are not professional nor friendly when they realize they dropped the ball. I personally tame it as if they believe this is my fault. In property manager own word, “ I wasn’t here I guess it got looked over. I will say that if it was one of their children or grandchildren they would be as upset as I am. I did not have I’ve for weeks because ice maker was broke. Painting throughout the apartment trimming by the ceiling is not good at all. The dog park is riddled with feces which is not safe as well for other animals or humans. When I had my walkthrough,, the lady that walked through was very fast not thorough. The second woman came upon complaining and said this should not have been rented out. Told the property manager and her response was she should have not said that. She did because it was the truth. I have 2 dogs and she said they make a decision on the carpet and because they have other animals come in. I take that as people with dogs do not deserve new carpet? Today I even waved at property manager to nothing. I would recommend that people look very close before coming here because they completely skipped over my unit. I contacted the metro code officer as well as the Connor Group. Today almost 30 days later I’m getting carpet but still expected to pay for rent the entire month with less than poor living conditions. Nails in carpet code violation.dangerous

Wheaton 121 is an exceptional place to call home. The building itself is beautiful, featuring a modern style that perfectly complements its historic charm. The courtyard is inviting and serene, and the resort-style pool is absolutely amazing. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind.

What truly sets Wheaton 121 apart is its luxury living experience in Wheaton. The amenities are top-notch and cater to a lifestyle of comfort and convenience.

zero stars for this group of people. Lived in Grand Riviera Miramar Fl. for 3 years. They raised the rent arbitrarily, have a “billing company” take care of water and trash which happens to be their sister company RBS, and when one calls to complaint about the outrageous increasing bills month after month they pretend they don’t have anything to do w the management….Trash pickup is a joke, and don’t you dare address Manager Tracy about any issues. Very unprofessional, the rude and psychologically abusive towards clients and behaves like she owns the place. Denies any wrongdoing on their part and screams at tenants. She did a walkout alone three days after move out, of course not giving me my full deposit back even though I had videos of the apartment been thoroughly clean, touched up painted and in move in condition. Never admitted to watch the video.
Go check the FB group Tenants against The Connor Group, very enlightening. Stay away from their properties, once you sign a lease you are under their control and their abusive escalating charges practices month after month. The worst company I have encountered in my 21 years living in the US, period.

Quinn at Plymouth (Part of the Connor Group) staff may discredit this review by claiming that this was not done by a resident or that we never complained while we were living here.
If you are considering living here, please see why you should look else where:
      1. Theft and safety issues: we had a 400 dollar bike rack stolen at night after leaving it for 30 seconds near the 2nd floor elevator. There were no security cameras installed on the second floor. We were told by a cop that this is the most dangerous apartment in Plymouth.
      2. Rude staff and lack of accountability: Staff only check in on you for lease renewals. When lease renewals do come around, staff are very pushy, even if tenants are going through very tough circumstances.
They also lack accountability and blame the consumer for their mistakes.
We sent several emails and calls to Quinn management to confirm that our CenterPoint Energy account was transferred over to the Quinn when moving out. Our management failed to act for three months and we were billed gas costs of the new tenants. We paid three months of gas for the new tenants because of a failure of management to transfer the gas, and they were rude to us instead of fixing the problem.
      3. Deceptive Advertising
This place is is not clean for the amount of money you pay. They will show you the okay lobby on the tour and take you to the cleanest apartment for your tour. The tour is not representative of your actual experience. Most gym equipment is broken, carpets are old, mold is prevalent.
      4. Junk Fees/Part of Security Deposit not refunded for bogus reason: Many of the charges in the final bill constitute junk fees. We did not receive part of our security deposit for a bogus reason of having a small soap stain on of the bathroom counters.
Please see the if you have had a similar experience at this property: ******************************************************************** ***********************************************************

I am highly disappointed with the management at The Estate New Albany. Despite numerous attempts to resolve an issue regarding my holding deposit, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly advise potential renters to exercise caution and consider these issues before deciding to engage with this management team.

I will never be involved with The Connor Group ever again. Their payment app is horribly ambiguous to compliment the confusing lease they gave me. As a result, I'm ending up paying about $400 more a month than I anticipated. Hidden lease fees are to be expected to some extent, but I have never had this kind of issue out of the 5 other apartments I have previously rented from. The community I live in is also very diverse and I'm sure the language barrier also helps Connor Group obfuscate some of these details as well. I've never been so overcharged in my life AND TO TOP IT OFF, I've had a bug problem (primarily roaches) since moving in; another issue I have never had to deal with at ANY of the other apartment complexes I've lived in. Might be due to the "Valet Trash" service I pay ~$100 a month for just to have people leave trash outside their front doors 24/7.

Leaving a large amount of black mold in an apartment for over six months and not taking care of the issue until the health department stepped in to issue a warning.
