      I went in and registered. Ashley the girl was nice and tslked alot. I asked her was animals allowed and she said registered animals and winked like it was ok. I signed all the papers. And asked if we could go in early . She said yes. First flag. The room wasnt early. Second red flag. The room wasnt even ready at regular check in time 3 pm. We ended up waiting till 5 something. Fonally got the room. Brought dog through the lobby with customer service therr. No one said anything to us. We were there 2 nights already and i had just walled my dog and a customer service counter guy. Told me no animals allowed. So i had told him ashley told me he was. Then he asked me for my paper work for him. I didnt have. So i went back to my room and started finding a room that takes pets. Btw. This hotel on google states pet friendly hotel. So i went down i told him that we will leave. Than he told me he was cjarging me for 250. For having the dog. So than he told us we could stay for extra 250.00. I told hom i didnt feel welcomed and to check us out. He than gave me a receipt for 2 nights. On my discover card. It has been 2 weeks since and i noticed the 1500.00 dollar charge never got reemburrsed. I just spoke with Ashley and she said they are not going to reemburse my 1500.00. Because i knew dogs werent allowed. Ashley than said everyone says they are calling the bbb. I will not get my money back. I had to drive all the way to hudson for a room because all wete booked because being a friday. They really dont deserve a 1 star. Ripped me off for 1250.00. Was not stressed that the dog was not allowed. And of course i sighned a paper with the car paper info. They embarrassed me in the hallway like i was a criminal or something. When i thought my dog was solely welcomed. I would like my money back. Please warn people that this place comes up as a pet friendly place.

      These clowns are the worst in the hotel business. I had two free nights and they charged me for all three nights PLUS taxes on four nights. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I had personal dealings with the crooked manager who looked me dead in my face and told me I’d only be charged for taxes on one night. Liar! When I contacted the Customer Complaint Department, they emailed me about an unfavorable decision about a hotel in *****?!? What in the actual? Corrupt, shiesty, crooked and downright thieves! Do not stay there!

      This location has listed itself on *********** as a hotel. While it may in some respect meet criteria as a hotel it is not. This type of accomodation is for people who may need temporary housing for various, likely unfortunate reasons. The images shown on the website do not match what you will find when you arrive. Sanitation is questionable as are the people loitering in the parking log and around the doors of the suites. The owners of this place are giving false information to *********** as to what it actually is and leading people to make reservations only to find when they arrive it feels unclean, unsafe, and not at all suitable as a hotel.

      I made a reservation and then when I got there the place was filthy and something didnt sit right. Then when he told me the total I said I will see for other rooms and I left. I woke up this morning and saw that my card was still charged for the room after I told him Id look somewhere else. Then when I called this morning the guy was just trying to gaslight the situation brushing it off. Glad I didnt stay but Im so mad that they still charged my card if I didnt even stay and I said Id look somewhere else so thats me clearly canceling the reservation right?

      Room was disgusting, the bed clothes were filthy, the room smelled of smoke. The place is an honest health hazard.

      How embarrassed him I to tell anybody that I used to work for this place for 9 months they fired me because there was no more services for me so supposedly they hired a cleaning company to come and clean the rooms after the fact that I when I first started working there I did be building so when I got done with the building they put me on a building got it on top then I had to go back to be building to pick up all the pieces where these students we're not cleaning right so after I get both buildings done I get fired this place just went totally downhill you have a new manager that stands outside and smokes cigarettes with all the young kids that he's hired that are his friends young young kids then you got the two girls that work in the front in the lobby front desk and they're supposed to be sisters but they sit on each other's lap in in the lobby at the desk they smack each other on the ass walk around the building holding hands but their sisters that is disgusting I hope that whoever reads this does not ever go there and this whole place of Red roof inn on Miller Lane gets closed down it is disgusting the cockroaches the bed bugs and they don't even spray they don't even strip the beds if they see a bed bug they just leave it alone and then they'll bring it to the next person they are disgusting it is sickening that how a business can be open like this because when I work there it was never like that I personally would spray I would personally take the bedding off put it in a bag they don't do nothing like that cuz they don't care it is downright disgusting and I think that Red roof inn on Miller Lane should be shut down

      I paid for a 2 week stay and 3 days later they knocked on my door and told me I had to leave because they are switching companies. I would have to pay the new rate from the new company in order to stay. However, Id have to contact red roof guest relations for a refund. I did immediately and now its been over a month and still havent received anything but generated emails about them being sorry. Why would you book me if they knew that they were switching in a few days. I feel cheated and they had roaches.

      Horrible stay booked for 3 nights stayed for 1 checked out and went to *********** and suites. Front lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. The room smells of smoke and has yellowed walls from smoke but is a non smoking room. Blood and other bodily fluids on sheets and side of bed. Door inside room was filthy I wiped the visible dirt off with a Lysol wipe. Towels and washcloths were badly stained. 3 different color hair in the shower. Thick old cobwebs hanging above the bed. Smashed bugs and boogers on the wall.I will NEVER stay at this location again. Expedia was kind enough to call them and get some of my money back then Expedia gave me a credit for the rest.

      Horrible Rude Racist Sexist Obnoxius Manager/Owner needs to be put out of business immediately for Rate Integrity/Rate Racism I booked a room online day before until the owner decides to cancel without notice then try to force me to take a jacuzzi suite then i book online through a 3rd party he then saw it then cancelled I will be taking this hotel management group to court

      I spoke with front desk on the phone. He said the Red Roof Inn was for everybody. Then, he shouted threats at me when I came to get my room. The place is just for a gang. I got a refund.
