  *********************** and his team did an incredible job supporting me and my brother through our recent investment property purchase. He was available for questions whenever we had them, flexible when we ran into issues, quick to pivot as needed and we still closed in a short timeline considering roadbumps that were out of his control. On top of all of this, he got us a great deal that beat out the other lenders we talked to. His knowledge, precision, customer service and ability to manage us (the clients) and the loan process are unmatched. Also want to give ******************* on the processing team a huge shout-out for being absolutely awesome and super quick to respond to any email I sent him - was seriously blown away by his speed and service. You should definitely contact this team for any of your purchase needs.

  I been overwhelmed with the financial situation I was in. When Lower called I explained the situation and they gave me options that would work for us.**** was really great to work with. I could text or email him with any questions or concerns. He would even call to check or update on the process. He stayed right through the very end. **** made sure all the pay offs were complete. If they weren't, he was on it to get it corrected.

  As this was our first time going through a refinance, we had many questions. **** made the process so smooth and easy for us, and did everything he could to help us understand everything. He even helped with questions that came up after the closing! He reached out to the other departments to ensure that everything was taken care of for us and always kept us up to date. I would highly recommend **** to anyone looking to get a loan through Lower!

  The process of our refinance was pretty easy. There were a couple minor issues along the way but nothing crazy. ****** answered all our questions in a timely and professional manner. I enjoyed working with ****** and we look forward to working with him in the future.

  Mr. ****** ***** is extremely professional, diligent, knowledgeable, an expert on what he do. He walked us through all the steps, answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable from the beginning. He very easy to talk to and truly cares about his clients. He was extremely responsive to our queries any time of the day. Rates were going up by the day and he make sure he locked us at a great rate. We tryed alot of lenders before finding Lower. Clising was easy and smooth. If the opportunity arise, we will love to work with ***** ***** in the future. Thanks again for our home equity loan and great experience.

  The entire experience with Lower.com and especially with ************************* was excellent and a pleasantly good surprise with a larger mortgage company. I have taken out and/or refinanced a total of 8 mortgages, most of them using smaller brokers/companies (i.e. credit unions, local banks), and I got the same level of personalized attention from ************************* that I received from the smaller banks. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

  When deciding to refinance I reviewed various lenders. I was dissatisfied with most, including one that would call daily from different VOIP phone numbers. Lower was different. Specifically ***************************. As a person who values service above most all else I appreciate his attention-to-detail and drive to handle each case individually based on the needs and circumstances of the borrower. **** opened communications with the underwriter at the beginning of the process so the solutions would already be in place for the final approval.**** is someone who embraces accountability and solutions, not excuses. If there is an issue on their end, **** will provide a reason and a solution.
