      Scammers. I purchased an item online and exchanged in store. The item I exchanged for ended up being 15 percent cheaper the next day. When I contacted online support for a price adjustment, they declined.

      All online shoppers, DO NOT place an order with Abercrombie. The company is HORRIBLE and REFUSES to take responsibility. I ordered a several items online on 1/31/2024 order ending in 4332. It said delivered a day earlier than it was supposed to be delivered. I went to check and the package was gone missing. I called and chatted with the customer service reps and reported the issue. They basically leave it on the customer if your items get stolen or lost. I spoke to COUNTLESS reps in the specialized team and the answer i get was 'AFTER CAREFUL REVIEW, WE HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. AS A RESULT, WE CANNOT MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR REQUEST FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.' They didn’t offer me any way to resolve the issue and just STOLE the money leaving me empty handed. I even contacted the shipment company that told me that Abercrombie would be the ones to reach out to. THIS is RIDICULOUS!! It’s a horrible way to treat their loyal customers like me who spend money with their company for all these years in store. I will not be ordering anything from Abercrombie ever again.*

When a package is reported as not received, our Research and Resolution team reviews each request and may not be able to approve a refund when we have received previous requests of the same nature. This decision is based on our historical records of successful delivery of orders associated with your contact information across our Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister Co. brands. We recently received previous requests for refunds for orders that were not received that were associated with your purchase and contact information. Unfortunately, we are unable to approve any additional refunds for issues with delivery.
      If you believe that your packages have been stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local police department. This may be especially helpful if there is a trend of packages disappearing from this shipping address.       Dear all online shoppers, please think twice before you place an order with Abercrombie. The company is HORRIBLE. I ordered a few items online on 1/13/2024 order ending in ****. It said delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. I went to check and the package was gone missing. I called the customer service and reported the issue. They basically leave it on the customer if your items get stolen or lost.       I have been a long time customer and gold star member of abercrombie; it is one of the only brands that fit me properly and holds up to their quality. With that being said, I am no longer allowed to shop there. In December, I shipped a shirt back to return it (as it did not fit) and I have no stores near me. After a couple weeks, I received an email that my return was cancelled and with confusion I reached out to customer service. After speaking with 4 different representatives over the course of weeks, they let me know that my package came empty and that I am banned from making purchases through them for return fraud. While I understand there are people that do these things, I am very hurt as I did in fact return the shirt - what happened from the time I brought it to the post office and it being received my Abercrombie I have no idea. Due to this, I am also unable to use any of the rewards I have received and customer representatives will not attempt to explain or amend the situation. It saddens me to be accused of something that didn’t happened and I feel as if they could have done their due diligence to keep the customers that they have. The lack of communication and accusations are ridiculous.

      They are a horrible company…I ordered a few items and it said delivered and I wasn’t home when it was supposed to be delivered and I never got my order and they basically leave it on the customer if your items get stolen or lost. It’s a horrible way to treat customers who spend money with their company and support their company. I will not be ordering from Abercrombie going forward

      We confirmed that this decision was reversed, and the refund was approved on February 1. A refund was processed in the amount of $61.00 back to your Mastercard ending in 6127. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

      I placed an order on 12-4-2023 for some clothes for my son totaling 128.88.
      I wasn’t expecting the packing until 12-11-2023, the I received an email saying I would receive it 12-8-2023. I then received and email saying it was delivered on 12-7-2023. I went to check & there was no package. I contacted the company. I was told to reach back out after a certain timeframe had pass just in case the packed showed up. I did as told and the refused me a refund and refused to ship my items back out to me. All I was offered was free shipping. & was never even given a code for that. Simply ridiculous!

      Ordered for my first time and FEDEX indicated the package was delivered. It was not. I contacted Abercrombie who sent me a picture of where the package was delivered. It was NOT my porch. I was sent to the escalation team who responded 5 minutes later and said "we have confirmed the package was delivered correctly and you can not receive a refund or substitution." We went back and forth and Abercrombie was insisting it was delivered correctly and the case was closed even though I sent pictures of my porch, etc. I was able to work with FEDEX (who was SUPER helpful) to find where they accidentally delivered my package. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE.

      I am a very frequent customer of A&F especially since I really like their quality to price ratio. However, my most recent experience has been more than stressful. I had purchased 3 items (all gifts for Christmas). I got 2 pieces for a youth girl as well as 1 piece of an adult male. The male adult was an elevated quarter zip and was the first item to ship. A day later -- the other 2 items shipped. They had separate tracking numbers and the 2 items for the girl delivered promptly. As I found this to be weird as I am very familiar with delivery carriers, I contacted support and asked what is up with this package as it was shipped first, but the label status has not been updated with any movement. The customer rep assured me it was fine, so I went along with it. After tracking for another 2-3 days, the status did not change and I was beginning to worry so I reached out again and asked for confirmation and reassurance the item was shipped. They assured me that it was moving and that they couldn't share their backend information with me but i can trust them. Today, I contacted support again because time is closing in for me to receive/ship out again and they said, the item never shipped and I can request a refund. I asked that it was a gift and if they can try to contact a store to find the item and they said "No, you can do that yourself" (What's App cust rep). They just tried to close my case insensitively by rushing me to request a refund with no alternative or even asking if a courtesy coupon/etc would help rectify. Very disappointed in the service of this representative and the lack of communication between their own team. Misled and wasted my time for almost 2 weeks.

      Abercrombie and fitch delivered a package 10 days earlier than they first estimated and the shipper did not place the package securely in the community lockers.
      Our package was stolen and contained $500 worth of clothes to be used for Christmas gifts. We never had an issue when they shipped the packages with a different carrier like FedEx who know how to use the locker system. They used a different carrier who simply didn’t care!
      Abercrombie customer service simply shrugged it off saying that the delivery dates were estimates, which is obscene given how it was TEN days off! We filed a police report and sent a fax to their research and resolutions department and had radio silence, even though customer service said they would contact us back within 48 hours. It has been two weeks. I tried calling customer service again, and they said they would resubmit the investigation but it’s been 5 days since.
      Incredibly disappointed since we had such a pleasant experience shopping g with them all year.

      This company is Hollister - order
      I paid $45.40 for 2 bralettes. That included shipping of $7 and change.
      Returned the items within days. Was refunded $15.40 less than I paid. No explanation.

We are sorry for the confusion that this has caused you! Just a reminder, all orders $59.00 and above qualify for free shipping with us! Also, our exchange process has no return fee, however, our returns process does deduct a $7.00 fee from your refund. This fee is to confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress , which is an added security for our customers!
