      I purchased items worth over $230 and I have only received one of the items. My other items are now officially lost and I have been out of pocket for about $170 since last month. I have contacted customer service but all that can be done is re-order one of the items as the other two are not out of stock. I am quite disappointed and upset as I have been waiting for these items for over a week now and now I find out these items can no longer be purchased since they are out of stock. I have technically loaned Abercrombie & Fitch $170 since I have not received these items at all. I am so furious with this whole situation, I would like to get a full refund for the items I ordered for wasting my time and taking money from me and not providing me with my order. Based on prior customer reviews, it appears that I am not the only one who have experienced this. Lastly, I still have not received any emails from you stating that I'm getting a refund for the items that are now out of stock.

      Hollister’s return/exchange policy is horrible! I bought my son a hoodie for his birthday last week (purchased on 10/6) that he wore one time and the seam is coming out at the cuff of the sleeve leaving a hole. I was told that it cannot be returned since it has been worn. ONCE! And the hole is on the seam so obviously poor quality. If the hole was made by my son it wouldn’t be an issue but basically I should be fine with a garment that is essentially a one time use product.

      I shop online frequently and never have I had as terrible an experience as when dealing with Abercrombie’s corporate office. I decided to purchase a few items for fall and one of them didn’t work out so I sent it back to Abercrombie the same day using the enclosed return label. It took SIX WEEKS for Abercrombie to process my return and when they did finally process it, they issued it as store credit. Even though I paid full price for the items and shipped it back to them the same day. I emailed to get my return changed to a refund to my original payment method to which I received no reply.. I then called and had one representative hang up on me before speaking with another agent who left me on the phone for close to 30 minutes before coming back to tell me that they would have to do an “investigation” in to why it was processed this way and that that department could take another week to respond with their findings. I told her I needed to speak with a supervisor and after holding for another 10 minutes, I was transferred to a supervisor named *****. ***** advised me that because I used their return label to send it back and “they couldn’t control how long the mail takes” that my return had arrived outside of their return window so I was only eligible for store credit. She told me that she could sent off to another department to have it adjusted “this once” but that that department doesn’t take phone calls and it would take several days to process. She then lectured me on how to use Abercrombie’s online return system and insunated that this was my fault for simply using the label enclosed in my package and not going through their extensive online process as well. Never in all my many many years of online shopping have I encountered such incompetence and such a broken system. It’s 2023 Abercrombie…. This level of red tape and lack of customer service simply isn’t going to cut it. I will never shop with this company again after this.

      I returned $600 some dollars worth of items, the package was open, dirt was everywhere. I reached out via chat 3 times, no follow ups, i called three times, each time the call was dropped. I am still out over $200 worth of refunds, and now have to turn to my bank. I am so livid that i returned items and they still haven't refunded them.

      I ordered an order adding up to $100+ and I did not receive my order… I contacted customer support and they refused to refund my order. This is very disappointing and im very upset. I would like a refund since this is a full lost cause.

      I ordered from Hollister some items I needed for my son for vacation. A package arrived and to my disappointment none of my items were in the package. In fact all of the clothing in the package were Abercrombie and Fitch items. I called into support and was told at first they needed to receive the incorrect items before I could receive the correct items. As I was leaving on vacation and needed them within 3 days this was not acceptable to me so they authorized me to get the new items and they said to keep the incorrect items despite the fact that I offered to send them back. They are not my childs size or sex.
      Then I get an email stating that because I had a prior issues with an order they were not going to resolve this issue. I only had one prior issue with them and that is a them problem and not a me problem. I never return items or complain ever if the clothes arrive wearable but this was 100s of dollars of items not sent to me. The most recent communication stated my order would not be refunded or resent and that I needed to contact my financial institution for a refund. WHAT?! So Hollister is cool with theft? I am out 100s of dollars and do not have any product!!! How is this okay??????

      Abercrombie & Fitch has complicated and intentionally misleading return policies. When you submit a return, they put in giant font the date the items need to be returned by. However, much further down the email, they say if the items aren't returned by 30 days from the ship date (which is not provided in the return request) you can't get a cash refund. After talking with customer service, they also informed my that it takes 3 weeks for returns to be processed. Which means I had a couple of days AT MOST to get decide whether or not I wanted the items, submit a return, have it processed, and get a cash refund. I ordered a few possible dresses to wear to a wedding. I ordered them while I was out of town and had them shipped to my home so they would be there when I was back a few weeks later. When I submitted my return well within the 30 day "cash refund" window, it was literally impossible for me to get a cash return (as the customer service person just informed me). However, NOWHERE when I submitted the return did it make this clear. This means I now have a huge gift card to spend and no ability to get my money back. They are intentionally making their return policies so inscrutable and unrealistic such that no one who doesn't live close to a store can ever get their money back. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this store.

      My package from Hollister Co. was never delivered and I never received it, I chatted online and they refused to give me a refund since I won’t be able to accept the Re-shipment, not that they even offered one! I am so frustrated and this is so beyond unprofessional, why should I have to pay again for something I never received?

      My package never arrived while Abercrombie says it was delivered. They are doing nothing to refund me or re-issued the order. I would never order anything online from this company ever. There a reason why I haven’t shopped here in 15 years. Scum company that does not match the industry standard to take care of their online shoppers.
