      Ordered over $400 online & 1 of 5 boxes came in beat up, opened & everything in disarray w/body mist sprays upside down, lids on bottom of box, under 25 broken wallflowers. I took box into local store so she could see box & witness what came out & how I received. She was floored it wasn't shipped w/better protective packaging & agreed wallflowers were broken bc she picked several up & they were oozing liquid. I only wanted an even exchange on broken items. She said to go pick out our wallflowers while she processed return. While picking them out she came & said she couldn't give even exchange, that they don't do even exchanges. I was thinking WHAT!? Wasn't like I just didn't want the scent or didn't want wallflower & wanted something else, but bc was broken & wanted replacement for being sent something broken. Wasn't going to argue w/her in a packed store, picked out my wallflowers & took them to register. She couldn't even tell me how much refund was nor did she give receipt for it. I had to wait until credit card statement came out. Got statement, compared receipt to ensure I was charged correct amount & then found refund, which was $70.01 LESS than what I was made to rebuy wallflowers for! Spent over 2 hrs on phone w/online customer service who couldn't speak English & customer relations support who while waiting on supervisor, hung up on me. I tried chat line. who said she couldn't help me either & told me to chat back at a better time. I asked when was a better time & would a supervisor be handy. She told me # to call if I wanted a supervisor, which was same customer relations # I already called! After over 2 hrs of my life wasted, my husband said haul that over $400 of crap back to store & get refund on ALL of it. That's what I plan to do. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee really ISN'T 100% satisfaction, more like 0% satisfaction guarantee! Won't do business with BBW EVER again! Worthless company w/more worthless customer service & employees!

      They do not honor their published return policy. Their written policy says if you have the original receipt you get a refund of your purchase price as shown on the receipt - if it is within 90 days it goes back to your method of payment. If it is over 90 days you get a gift card. That is not true. If you have the original receipt and it is past 90 days you get a PARTIAL refund of your purchase price on a gift card. Needless to say, I will no longer be giving them thousands of my dollars as I have been doing in the past. Sorry BBW You have lost a loyal customer.

      I want to start off saying, I have been a customer with bath and body since I was in middle school and I am 24 now.
      My father (like every year) gives me a gift card to bath and body since I love it so much. I revived the email of the e-gift and no gift card was there. I had contacted customer support and was on a chat with them for over an hour! The lady had said she never seen this before and needed help, which is no problem. After being on chat with them for over an hour she then said I should receive the gift card in 5-7 business days. Well that was NOT the case, I waited over 5-7 business days, it was over 3 weeks since that conversation. I had to contact you guys again and the lady had told me who ever helped me last never even put the request through.
      SO after bath and body not sending me the e-gift , then going onto customer support for OVER an hour and then waiting 3 plus weeks , i finally got my gift card.
      I am very disappointed in them & wish they took better care of their customers or even offer something for the inconvenience, but they didn’t.

      I returned 2 wallflower plug-ins to the store that was defective and was told they could do nothing about them that according to their policy they could not take plug-ins back the 2 plugs ins where draining the liquid up into the unit and it was leaking out the seams of the plug-in this item was a fire hazard. I was given no satisfactory response to the problem but I can assure you I will not longer be purchasing anything from them again ! It was not the cost of the items it’s the fact that they don’t honor or replace defective items . I have contacted the corporate office and reported the defective equipment with the comments that they would file a report.

      Terrible customer service, ordered in November and took 2 complaints to BBB to get it. Looking over reviews below I clearly am not the only one. Don't order from them online with at gift card, looks like they loose those orders all the time, that's what happend to mine.

      I placed an order back in December for the annual sale spent over $150 used my gift card online and somehow the order was placed but I never received a confirmation number. Went back to resubmit my order and the money from my gift card was gone. I called and told them one agent said no worries it would be replaced in 72 hours be sent to my email waited and nothing… called back and apparently they said without a order number it was nothing they could do. A waste of money gone down the drain. Fast forward to today received my butterfly candle holder and the tip of the wing is broken. Never will I order from them again.

      Made an order called 15 minutes to cancel… they cannot cancel even though it will not be shipped out until 1/24 today is 1/18 this is an absolutely absurd operation. Spoke to a supervisor useless,why can you not cancel it was not 2 days later it was 15 minutes but it won’t ship for another 7 days this seems shady to me unprofessional for such a company NEVER again will I order anything. Customer service was such a joke…. Way over charging for cheap merchandise also the company is just as cheap lacks customer service or satisfaction

      This company refuses to cancel an order, even when I called minutes after I placed the order. The reason I needed to cancel? I changed item amounts in my cart and didn't hit the update cart button prior to clicking the checkout button. I actually wanted more of the items (multiples) but did not want to pay shipping twice, so I called to cancel order so I could redo the order. They refused. That is by far some of the worst, trashy customer service I have encountered. Who doesn't cancel an order when requested immediately. Most sites give you the option to do so on the account order page, but they don't because they refuse to.

      I was delivered a large box of broken glass. What was supposed to be candles was glass everywhere. The delivery person warned me it was coming out of the sides and to be careful. Called the company. For cleaning up their dangerous mess, I was to receive a new order. Instead, they canceled the ordered and no one informed me. When I called customer service, she was rude as can be and told me that I should have returned it in person. I asked her to clarify what sense it would make to drive to the nearest location... over an hour away with glass seeping out to then endanger others touching it and getting all over my car where children are? She said, well then you would have gotten new holiday candles. I have only ordered 2x in several years and the last order of soap was the same... no packaging so soaps were had broken pumps. Wow! Happy to send pictures of all merchandise and broken glass. I did take several pictures.

      I was supposed to receive a $50 E gift card from the company. It was promised over and over again, I have all the chat transcripts and screenshots to prove it. Every time I contact them to check why I haven’t receive it, they make ME feel like the criminal. They keep ending our chats, and not being truthful. I spend hundreds here a year, I cannot believe how awful they have treated me over something THEY did.
