      I ordered a mist bottle from Bath and Body Works, but the lid was not attached to the bottle. This was disappointing, as the lid is an important part of the product and it could easily spill out without it. I hope that Bath and Body Works will take steps to ensure that their products are properly assembled and packaged before they are shipped.

      Never got order. Customer service rep Wilson offered 20% off but why would someone shop there again. Also it was a big order and ALL my items were out of stock and couldn’t be reshipped. When I submitted the order I immediately got an email telling me some things were not available but this was AFTER I paid. Company is sloppy and unprofessional and chaotic and I will take my money elsewhere. 2023 and getting ripped off still.

      They emailed coupons for free shipping over a dollar amount as advertised but you can’t get that unless you spend more money and that is nowhere in their details of the promotion! They are very deceitful, and I would rather give glade my money before I ever give Bath and Bodyworks my money! Stop lying to your customers it’s either you’re giving them free shipping at the dollar amount that you state on your website and in emails or you’re not but stop sending falls advertisement stop posting it on your website as well. I have screenshots.!

      They hire thefts at their location in Short Pump, Richmond - VA. The cashier tried to steal my giftcard that had balance on it and told me there was no money left. She got ****** she got caught and threw a fit and had the nerve to told me to leave. When called customer service, they said they will follow up but did nothing, when contacted them online, they all seemed they copy paste the answers you want to hear.

      Do not order from them unless you want to wait 3 weeks for your order to ship. I placed my order a week ago. Email #1 confirmation of order Email #2 processing of order Email #3 estimated arrival time Email #4 estimated arrival time changed They clearly do not have my items in stock and are importing them from the **. Waiting 3 weeks for candles is ridiculous. I contacted them to cancel the order but of course they wouldn't.

      Today is June 12, 2023 I placed an order on June 7, 2023! As of yet I’ve only received the email confirmation and nothing else! I’ve spoken to several associates over the phone that can only tell me my order hasn’t shipped! The address is correct with an incorrect zip code which the associates said cannot be changed and they’re not sure if I’ll receive my order because of the incorrect zip code? The last associate I spoke with told me to wait another few days to see if I receive any information regarding my order! What kind of nonsense is that? I’m so disappointed with this experience from Bath And Body Works as I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years!*

      My online order continues to be a nightmare! I complained about UPS and FEDX delivery people to them and to Bath and Body Works, uploading proof from my RING video camera and pictures of the damaged items, everytime and nothing has been done at all! I believed that I'm being retaliated against by the delivery people and the company because they are angry that complaints are being filed against them and are deliberately sending the same delivery people damaging, mishandling, placing packages at the wrong address so that they can say they won't deliver to my address anymore!
      On July 5, 2023 my sister an I went into the store only because I had another nightware of an online order and the CSR from Bath and Body Works told me that she was going to check at the Northwoods mall to find out if the items that I wanted were in stocked to help with this terrible online order situation, she saw that the items were in stock, however I asked her to call as well, the online CSR stated that the Associate at the Northwoods mall said yes they were there but in different colors. I got one of the item, then I asked the supervisor if there were more she stated "no, I bought one of the two that was left yesterday and you have the last one. I said "I just got off the phone with online CSR and she called and the associate said they're availible". She got an attitude, "I told you thats the last one", my sister was up front near the register and they told her no. ***** said when I called back and hour later that they had the gray ones and the camoflauge ones there in stock. I said I will be back tomorrow June 6, 2023 to get 4. Went back same thing, they did not want to sell the items that were available to me and we were being discriminated against by the supervisor! We are regulars our face are well known! We have been shopping at this location for 32 years way before she was and employee and we can prove its discrimination and retaliation of us complaining about certain situations.*

      This companies return policy is a lie. They claim they offer customers satisfaction guaranteed, when the stores clearly has their own return policies. I went into the store and was told after 90 days you’ll get a refund in the form of either a exchange or gift card and that they have gotten very strict. I got 20 percent back of what I actually paid for, they will give you the lowest possible price point.
      Also the manager their ****** in the Russellville Arkansas location is definitely not friendly at all and looks at you wrong for returning items!! Mind you I’ve been here a thousand of times and only returned 2 times.

      I am one who has been a loyal customer to BBW for over 10 years and I have enjoyed the products. Customer service have been hit or miss but I try not to let it get to me as the store does get busy. Well yesterdays experience at the Cross Creek Mall location in Fayetteville NC was disappointing. I saw a product that I was interested in, asked two sales associated twice if there were any more and they said no but there is a display near the cash register that I can go check to see if they had what I wanted. I go back there twice...looked around for the product for 10 minutes...asked another associate who just pointed me to the same area...I felt like they were just pushing me off and didn't want to help me. So I figured there was no more of that gingham strawberry scent spray and settled for one that I didn't really want. Waited in line for 10 minutes...cashier asked if i found everything I needed and I said no and that a scent I wanted was out and she apologized. As I was walking out, I saw the scent I wanted as it was in the front display of the store that none of the 2 sales associates pointed me to. Why didn't they point me to the front display? Didn't they know there was more out front? I then asked another associate if I can switch it as this is the scent I wanted, same size...price...it was merely a switch. The worker asked I guess a senior sales associate who said no and that I would have to wait in line again to exchange the product. Hence the line was long and I already waited 10 minutes in line. It was very disappointing that they didn't offer to assist in the switch and just pushed me off as if I wasn't important. It left a sour taste in my mouth and has discouraged me from wanting to shop there anymore.
      I'm sure if they knew the person or the person looked a certain way, they would have clearly assisted with the switch. Perhaps just walking me up for a speedier switch as I only had one product yet they didn't want to help me. Disappointing experience.
