      I recently made a purchase at Bath and Body Works and noticed that the products seemed to have been changed, with the fragrance not lasting as long as it used to. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager and requested a cash refund, I was given a gift card instead, despite expressing my desire not to continue purchasing their products. This is a scam that forces customers to purchase unwanted items.

      App asked for an update, when updated it wouldnt take my password, then locked me out. Tried to reset password and never received an email to do so. A months worth of calls to **************** ensuring me the problem was fixed, which has never happened. App is horrible as are the **************** *********** to understand while I can get emails on products but I can't get an email sent to reset my password

      I added $300.00 worth of giftcards on the app July 28,2024 I go inside the store last Saturday and when I go to use the gift card the balances are 0.00. I reached out to customer service the representative said it maybe a glitch on their end. The case was escalated and they did not do a thorough investigation they gave me a generic answer, stating i need to contact the local police and closed the case. I did some research and see that it happens often when you upload giftcards to app it mysteriously vanishes and corporate does not assist. So I'm filing a class action lawsuit as well

      Bath and Body Works has gotten really bad lately, I had a concern with their app, and customer service was beyond horrible! They closed the chat window before I could read the reply. Gave Up! The hand soap holders rust almost immediately after you start using them, and the products have gotten smaller, and they charge more for them!

      Terrible! I cannot believe what we just went through! My daughter received her package and the box was empty! Nothinf but bubble wrap. I told her to chat with customer sevice to let them know and 2 associates, Jason and Jack, did nothing but tell her to wait and see if her package will arrive. We told them both that she received it, only it was empty! They told us to wait and ended the chat immediately. So rude and unprofessional! We want a refund, she is not paying for something she didn't receive! We have been shopping with them for years and I just cannot believe they operate like that, along with thier rising prices I no longer want to shop there anymore!

      I WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR WHAT THEY SHOW ON THEIR SITE. IT ALLOWED ME TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR PICK UP AT MY LOCAL MALL THEN AN HOUR LATER THE ORDER WAS CANCELED FOR NO REASON. I WAS AT THE MALL THE DAY BEFORE AND SAW ALL THE ITEMS IN THE BASKET AS THERE WERE MANY!!!! CLEARLY THEY DID NOT WANT TO HONOR THE SALE PRICE ON THEIR SITE!!! I WONT SHOP HERE AGAIN.

      Horrible customer service. Can not reach management. Spent almost an hour on the phone for absolutely nothing. Customer service rep did not listen and kept interrupting. I have always loved this company. I will never shop with them again. How can this be rated A+ with all the complaints?

      Ordering online is a complete nightmare! When you add all of your items to your cart, then try to review, and submit your order, it just keeps looping back and forth and refreshes the page. I tried ordering the same items 3 days in a row and it would still not submit! I tried via mobile and desktop and had the same experience with them both! Extremely furious because it was a great sale going on and now I'm left with nothing! B&BW needs to get it together before losing even more customers!!!

      Thieves. This company is purposely withholding refunds from customers for products they failed to deliver. I had three very obvious items missing from my shipment and through their horrible chat system I was told I'd have to contact them again in 48 hours to get my money back. I paid for goods I did not receive. It is in no way acceptable that they cannot process an immediate refund. Nor do they believe them when they told me they "can't" process the refund before 48 hours. I've never had this issue with any other company. The box which held BREAKABLE goods was cheap, items were out of their individual boxes and DIRTY. I received dirty items! The tiny little fragile stamp on the box was almost covered by the shipping sticker. This was my first and last online order with this company. Do not order from this company or do so at your own risk.

      My order never arrived. I called three different times to this company to tell them. Three different men promised i was being refunded, nothing to my account, so i called a fourth time. They said they are looking into it, a supervisor told me that, and STILL NOTHING!
