      If I could give a negative star I would! I purchase an air freshener with vent holder. It was on for about 4 days and it leaked all over my dash/radio. It ate the plastic right off the radio in my Lexus IS 350. Reaching out to Lexus, I have to replace the entire radio because they can’t replace just that one piece because I got a defective product from Bath and body Works! Highly recommend no one buys their product

      I love their product. But their internet shopping experience leaves A SHITE TON to be expected. I’ve had two really bad experiences with their shipping. Apparently their CEO is on ***** and just collecting a paycheck. Maybe said person is a trust fund baby. I dunno. But they need to do SOMETHING!! Or Bath and Body Works is going to be the next casualty of the millennial era.

      All the body spray’s used to be 8 fl oz regardless of scent.
      Now, the “male” scents body sprays are 3.7 fl oz and $16.95.
      The female scents remain 8 fl oz, more than twice the amount, at only a dollar more $17.95.
      I am a woman but enjoy woodsy scents. I feel scammed and betrayed by this company. Either it’s simple greed or it’s a weird reversal of the “pink tax” and discriminatory.

      I will never order from them again. I placed a $60.00 order and a code to receive a free Body
      Care Gift. When I got my confirmation email I noticed that the gift was not included. I immediately contacted customer service and voiced my problem. I was told that they would take off the shipping charges and I could place another order. So I would have to place another order and pay for more shipping charges. I told them I only wanted to have my free gift shipped to me. I was told they couldn't do that. But what I could do is return all products to the store to get a refund. So essentially I paid for the initial shipping charges which were $6.99, I had to travel to the store to return the products, so I have no product, no free gift and all of my time spent handling this. They then offered my a 20% coupon to shop. What a slap in the face.

      I was very disappointed to open my package and find that my candle was completely shattered. Some bottles were leaking.. with a large/ heavy order they should be required to do more to protect the product packed. Three little pieces of bubble wrap that was already popped did nothing to protect the candle and bottles from breaking.. never order online for bath &body works.. as for customer service no help at all. All they want to do is push for a refund even tho they don’t have a free shipping option so I only get the money back for the broken candle. However, I bought it when I had 20% off and there 50%-70% annual sale .. I asked if they could substitute it for another candle they had on sale and it was a no since the one i ordered was sold out.. I feel that since it was there negligence that cause my package to be damaged I should receive a replacement candle even if they have to ship me one from another store!

      Never order online!!!! Trying to get any help from customer service representatives online is impossible.
      Bath and body works does not own up to their mistakes and it is on the customer to try and get their money back. No one can deviate from “policies”, not even managers. Why do these so called managers exist? And when you ask to talk to someone else they either hang up on you or tell you you can't talk to anyone else! Excuse me?! I have the right to talk to someone that will help resolve the issue.

      This review actually applies to the Pumpkin Pecan Waffles Wallflower, but they no longer have it in stock. We plug in a wallflower in the bathroom, which happens to be under a wall sconce. NEVER had issues before. We bought new wall sconces and when I used this wallflower I noticed the powdered white glass looked yellow. When I looked inside the sconce, the oil had filmed the inside of it and had run to the bottom onto the rim. No biggie right? I went to clean the oil off and it completely stripped the paint off of the glass. This makes me wonder what this stuff is doing to our health and the health of our pets. I took photos as well, but it looks like I can't add photos to my review.

      Tried to return a gift box that was not used and the women said it was summer merchandise and could not help. It was a gift my daughter had received. So quess who just lost two customers?

      TL:DR Bath & Body Works will not process your refund for cancelled orders unless you call them and ask for your money back.
      I placed my order 12/2 should have received it by the 13th the latest according to them. I got an email stating my package was undeliverable and they needed instructions. (I kid you not I live in an apartment building with 3 steps 4 units. No gates or codes, nothing to hinder the delivery. I work from home with my desk right above the door they would have knocked on to make the delivery. So i would have at least heard the attempt.) Anyway, I leave the instructions to just leave them at the door. On the 18th I get another email saying my package in undeliverable and "Don't worry, you'll recieve a full refund once it's been recieved by us and processed - watch for an additional email detailing the items returned and the amount credited." Fine, i'll accept that. Today is the 27th and i still hadnt recieved my refund or heard anything else about it. So I called customer service to see what the status is of my refund. The rep stated that it hadnt been intiated. Well why not?? The rep flat out said that "if you dont call for your refund, we will not process your refund, but since I have you on the phone now we can start the refund process" So obviously I asked, "If i didnt call today, I would have never gotten the refund that you all offered in the first place???????" Their answer "Yes." LOL I cannot breathe
