      On December 1st I placed an order in the amount of $233. I received an email stating I would receive my order between Dec 6-13. Never received any information afterwards. On December 12 I called to cancel the order, and was told I could not do so because the order was in the warehouse supposedly. On December 17th I received an email stating the order had been delivered which I didn’t have. So I started calling in, and I’ve been told numerous of times by different customer service representatives that I would be receiving my refund in 3-4 days. Still haven’t received my refund. At this point I just want him to receive my refund. I will never shop at bath and body again!

      Extremely horrible experience with ordering online during sale! Order was placed on Nov 18. Today is Dec 22nd. I didn’t receive anything! 2 customer support chats for 20 min each! 2 customer care calls 40 min and 15 min each. NOTHING! The people on the phone are clueless, nobody can’t tell you anything! But beggining of the problem is when you receiving the email confirmation that your order has been sent and after a week you checking the tracking number and it says that order actually never been even picked up! Because guess what - the items are out of stock! How can you “ship” something that is not on stock and send the shipping confirmation email! LIE! Then in the phone we are doing adjustment to the order to make sure that all items are on stock, I’m receiving the email confirmation again and guess what - same story! What waist of time! What are unprofessional people, system and all company itself to put customers through this hell for the hand soap lol. What a joke this business is! Shame!

      They used a sleezy shipping service to ship my package (check out OnTrac on BBB) and my package was never delivered. Bath and Body replaced my order (which will now be late for Christmas) and sent it using the same sleezy service! I expect I will never see my items as this shipper has a high volume of complaints of peoples’ packages being marked “delivered” without actually being delivered.

      I don't know why they would advertise that we would receive our orders before Christmas when mine has not shipped yet. I ordered on the 9th. It's been 10 days. This is ridiculous I will never order anything from them again. They need to put accurate shipping dates when ordering. I wouldn't have placed my order if I knew it wouldn't come by Christmas. But there they are advertising if you order by the 17th you will receive your order. That is simply not true.

      I ordered some candles for the annual sale December 1st. I was notified 17 days later that they had to cancel half of my order due to out of stock of my products. False advertising that they can provide the product on time and fulfilled the order is what I’m reporting. Original delivery date was Dec6-Dec13. If they would have quickly process my order I wouldn’t be out Xmas gifts for my participants.

      Placed an order on December 1st for the candle day sale. Still no confirmation email, no delivery, no help from customer service, multiple calls asking for a supervisor being told they are all in a meeting. Delivery date was for 12/13. Still no update on my order and the rep tells me it is on its way, however it hasnt shipped yet???? If you go on the Bath & Body Works facebook page you will see many people with the exact same complaint. You wait in a queue for early access to the sale, place your order at 6am, only to be told 2 weeks later your order has been canceled because they sold out. Not sure who took over this company but this past year it has gone completely downhill. If i could leave no stars I would!!!!

      I received 24 wallflowers, 3 lg candles, 2 sm candles. Ordered online- I'm immunocompromised. Ordered as guest to not be bombarded w/ spam emails. Apparently, I was shipped older versions of candles &white capped wallflowers from warehouse. Death in the family & 2 surgeries before I was able to go to store to exchange. Was told I was given old versions &they were ringing up for pennies on the dollar. I checked out as a guest, &it had been a couple months, they wouldn't exchange them-one for one for scents I was not allergic to. Due to allergies, I order online& when they come in if they immediately make me sneeze, I go into store quickly to exchange. I went to the store at Waterford Lakes in Orlando &employee ******** was very nice. Called her manager over but the manager refused. There was sale going on &******** stated that if she used the sale price I am actually losing money due to I paid full price. Store manager was rude &so I left. Maybe the store manager had a bad day so I tried a different store; Colonial drive. Store manager (man) told the asst manager to do a 1 for 1 exchange for a 1 time courtesy. Asst.t store manager ****** R. was obstinate with the store manager &he told her to just do it. She into the back room &left me there for 20 min. I explained i had a heart issue &compromised immune system so I had to leave asap. She looked at the items &said that I was sent older versions &she didn't want to exchange them. i didn't want money i wanted to exchange for something i was not allergic to. After 30 more min of her going back into the back room, she asked for my license to do the even exchange. disappeared again. came back out 15 min later, laughed, made embarrassing scene, said nope, went into store room, closed the door leaving me shocked &she never came back. i left embarrassed & ended up sick. Called customer service. told Gallahger Basset would handle. They didn't &******* @resolution was rude, so stuck with these items I am allergic to out $$$.

      I Placed a order on candle day Dec 1st right when the sale went live $216.00 worth of candles. The site stated delivery of Dec 13th. On Dec 4 I received a email stating update on recent order and shipment should arrive by expected date. Then on Dec 6 I received another email stating order is being processed and should arrive on time. Then on Dec 8 another email stating it was preparing to ship and should arrive on time. Here it is Dec 13 no more email updated no candles and no help from consumer service they said I will just have to keep waiting. Not sure why they can't send out email updates as to why someone wouldn't get their order. But after buying candles from bath and body works for years and years and getting this type of treatment it might be time to look at another company

      If I could give zeros I would. I ordered $200 worth of candles during the annual candle sale. My first order came in damaged. Called and was told would replace them. After three calls to remind you each person told me the saw the order pending. The order was canceled with no notice or anything. My second order still hasn't shipped and can't anyone tell me anything. The worst business practice ever. Take heed DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. Was told I could possibly take the broken candles into the store. They may replace them. Didn't even bother to take into consideration if I could get to a store or not. Now I'm stuff out of candles*

      So my wife ordered several candles in November for chanukkah gifts for our family with a delivery promise date of December 7th. It is now the 9th we are well into the 8 day holiday and the candles haven’t even left the warehouse so she called customer service because if they arrive after the holiday we have a) no presents for our family and b) no use for the candles. Upon calling the customer support line she has since been told that chanukkah wasn’t a real holiday (Jesus was Jewish people that’s right Christ you know from Christmas celebrated guess what chanukkah) that her expectations where ridiculous, that the employee was going to google her religion to see if it was real and that no in fact the candles will not be here in time in fact they won’t be here until possibly the end of December, again at that point no need for the candles. We have even after being personally insulted offered to go to a store to pick up the order or even pay for expedited shipping to get the presents here as well as offered an out of ok so the order hasn’t left yet so cancel it and we will find an alternative. To which we were told no to at every turn. It took 45 min of continuously asking for a supervisor of this employee to even get them to (again after insulting one of the oldest religions in the world) even let us talk to a supervisor who then the supervisor said “let me google Chanukkah” ……. More insults than to be told well we can’t do anything it’s your fault for not realizing it may not be there on time. The only thing we can do for you is send you a 20 percent off coupon for your next order. No thank you as we will no longer ever be ordering from your antiemetic company ever again.
