      I placed an online order on 11/20/2023. My card was charged $59.01. I received an email with a delivery date of 11/27-12-01.
      This window came and went. When I checked the tracking number, USPS Informed me the number was created, but the package was never shipped. I then called the Customer Service Center. An automated robot let me know that my package was shipped on December 30, 1899. Yes. That’s right. 1899. I then attempted to speak to an actual person, which, basically requires an act of God. This person told me that there was an issue in the system but I should be getting the package the next day..
      The next day came and went. And another day came and went. I then called again. Again with a shipping year of 1899. Again with the hassle of trying to speak to an actual person. The phone picked up. And then hung up. Forcing me to repeat this process all over again. This time, I get someone who must have just been hired today, as they didn’t seem to know what to do. Finally after 20 minutes, they agreed to issue me a refund. However. The refund amount is “minus taxes and fees” So, let me get this straight. I have to pay taxes and fees on merchandise that this company never sent.
      Disappointed is an understatement. I have shopped at Bath and Body for years. And with one error, an impossible “Customer Service” phone number, and 3 “representatives” later, I will never give them my business again. I will encourage others not to do so, either. How can you charge your customers for your error?

      I made a purchase of $39.39 during their online BOGO sale Nov.23/2023. My order stated it had been shipped Nov.24/2023; yet as of this morning, Dec.5/2023; it still showed as awaiting carrier pick up. When I phoned the company about my order, my order could not be found by their "system". In speaking with an agent, they offered to send me 2 items from my total order of 6 items, claiming the rest was no longer in stock. When I explained there was no longer any point, as some of them were to be "gifts". I asked them to cancel my entire order and refund my money. I was then refunded only a partial payment of $33.75, and then had to call back for the remainder of the refund. In reviewing my "second" refund to my credit card, the amount they refunded me was still incorrect. The next refund they sent me was for $5.54. At this point I am not calling back for yet another refund but I am very frustrated that they could not even accurately decipher and refund the correct and total amount. Needless to say I am very frustrated and will NEVER shop online with their company again.

      they send a coupon to me and say i am to receive a FREE BODY CARE GIFT (up to $9.95 value). i find an item with a value of $8.95 and try to add it to my cart and process the order using the code provided. it says coupon not valid for purchase. i speak with an online agent and he tells me that i have to buy something. coupon says "no purchase necessary," so i tell him that. he applies the coupon and then tells me that i have to pay the shipping costs. y'all...the shipping cost for a 3 oz hand cream was TEN NINETY-NINE!!! the regular price of the item isn't even that much and it couldn't weigh more than 5 oz in the container. when i asked him to escalate my call to another agent who could help to LOWER the crazy shipping cost, he ended the chat...literally HUNG UP ON ME! f-u, B&BW. i have been a pretty big fan for a pretty long time, but you will not see nor hear from me again.

      I’ve reached out with many emails and I have still yet to hear about my order. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional. Due to me waiting a week to hear something I just want my money back.

      I placed my $110.00 e-certificate/gift card on BBW website in November 1, 2023 preparing for candle day. I went to the website on November 11, 2023 and notice the money was no longer available. I called customer service and they stated it was a system glitch and they ensured me they would send me an email with my gift card of $110.00 in 3-5 days. I called back 6 times spoke with 6 different customer service representatives and two supervisors. On November 26th I spoke with Supervisor ***** who refused to provide me with his last initial or extension number. He then promised me he could handle my issue without getting my information. He was very rude but at the end of the call he sent two gift certificates. one for 100.00 and the other for 10.00 to my e-mail. I went to the store this morning December 1st for candle day at 6am in the rain carrying around four carts of candles 24 heavy candles to be exact. Proceeded to the counter I was told my balance $262.00. I provided the gift card and only $10.00 were on both gift cards. You can't imagine the embarrassment I face. Waiting in line 10 minutes and my gift card money is not there. There is no way I place money on a secure website for it to disappear and no resolution as of yet. While writing this complaint I was on hold for BBW customer service for 30 minutes. Someone pick up the phone and hung up. Now I have to waste more of my time holding for a customer service representative. I am truly disappointed and I'm not sure I want to spend money or do business with a company that treat their customers this way.

      Placed an order which was immediately cancelled for no reason. I lost my 25% coupon and 4 rewards I earned after spending $400 and when I called them they refused to replace them. Acted as thought they didn't have the ability to which I know is a lie as they've done so in the past. Horrible customer service
      They've went downhill and that's why I'll just continue to take my money to Homeworx & Goose Creek. I never have to deal with these issues with them.

      The ad says 100% satisfaction guarantee. False advertising. Manipulation. Customers taken advantage of.
      I contacted Bath & Body about my dissatisfaction.
      I was bounced around - 3 calls because this one only talks about online orders, so I referred to in store customer service. Put on hold for 2 minutes at a time. I had sales slip and read requested information from sales slip, put on hold, comes back says can’t honor 100% satisfaction guarantee.
      I want product replacement and additional consideration for being treated badly and for my inconvenience.

      I had placed an order for my son. I received conf of the order. Midway through deliver, my son left the address and I called to have the shipment sent to my home. They took that response, say it would be sent to my hom. A few days later I call to see where the order is and they sent it back to the original address. I called back again to have it sent to my address and they sent it to the original address again. SO I then called and asked for a refund. I received confirmation of refund. The this past week I get an apology letter that even if I received a refund for all my trouble they were going to send it anyways, no charge, with a tracking number. I check the tracking number and it says cancelled by company. Then I receive the same e mail stating apology and they will send me the items. I try to respond by telephone, because the tracking number is cancelled agin. The person on the phone, says they have no record of such an e-mail

      i never got my order, i never got an order confirmation so i am not even sure what email i used. my account however was charged 172.01, i need help with getting my money back!!!
