      I purchased a wheel entire package from the website as advertised and paid for.. *********** then notified me that they didn't have that color and asked if I was okay with another color which I was. When I received the package it was not all there. They created a false narrative about lugnuts and canceled my order before ever addressing my concern about only receiving half of my purchase. They them told me to send back the item. I do not trust them to refund me and dont trust sending anything back before receiving it all. They could them claim i didnt send it all back. I dont feel its even legal and have fell victim to false advertisement which I have emailed documentation where they indicated the advertisement is false. The advertisement and package is still being offered even after they told me it had been taken down.

      We have been in contact with him multiple times about the issue with the order. We even gave him labels to ship the item back. He is wanting a refund without shipping the items back, which obviously we will not be doing. We have been more than willing to help. He keeps claiming we are "harassing" him but he is the one who keeps emailing us so I am not sure how that works. We have no problem refunding him but we are needing the items back first before doing so

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of my decision appear below.

      I'm not okay with it because they are claiming that there are no tires involved in this transaction. Only thing I asked for was the complete order to be shipped to me and they told me they would not be sending me anything else because it was a mistake. Furthermore, I do not trust sending anything back to this company before receiving it all as they have done nothing but hassle and harass me and caused a lot of issues now with my car being on the road. This company said it was a mistake and they took it down.But the funny thing is that I can still buy this exact package on their website and other websites for the same price. The company has a huge problem with false advertising and not shipping all the product. It is true the wheel does not fit my car because they sent the wrong item. But again, I do not trust sending anything back to this company because they're claiming that what I got is all I'm going to get regardless of what my receipt or order says. Can somebody from the BBB Please contact me? This company is acting like I'm doing something wrong when all I want. Is my whole order everything I paid for before I send it back and they play more games. I .honestly. Do not trust this company with my banking information any further. I'm just trying to find the best course of action to hold this company accountable for their false advertisements and stress , they cause on consumers. Their whole email to me was this was an I.T air and we will not be sending you timTheir whole email to me was this was an I.T. error and we will not be sending me tires regardless, if that's what you paid for. They also claim that the distributor does not make the wheel that they are selling. So my question is why are you selling a wheel that's not made with a tire package that's not offered.

      The ONLY option you have as we have told you numerous times is to use the labels that we paid for to return the item for a refund. There will be no further communication from us as we have told you what needs to happen to get refunded. We paid for the labels to have them sent back to us. If you do not want to send them back, then that is not our problem. Have a great day

      Ordered a product via the website (https://bigwormgraphix.com/) on 4/7/2025 for a total of $300.47 (order #26450) utilizing VISA. Received the product (vinyl stripe kit) and took the material and vehicle to an installer. Installer notified me of defects to the material on 5/8/25 (visible creasing to the vinyl striping). Both the installer and myself attempted to contact the company via telephone the same afternoon leaving voicemails with no response. I additionally provided email correspondence to the company at the provided email address from voicemail greeting ([email protected]) on May 12 after neither of us received a call back. The email correspondence included images of the defects as described by the installer.

      I received no return email or call. I then attempted to contact the business again via an inquiry section on the website provided on May 12. The installer also attempted to contact the business as my vehicle was occupying space in an attempt to find a resolution.

      I finally received a response from a representative "Josh Greenawalt" ([email protected]) advising me to again send images. I responded by providing images the same date. I received no response and again contacted Greenawalt via email who advised he did not receive them. I was then directed to text them to a specific number. I provided them as instructed. I have received no response since May 15 despite advising them I would be disputing the charge based on my experience with them.

      I had to order a product from another company as my vehicle is occupying space at an installer. I would like to receive a refund for my order. Poor communication with a customer to say the least, the lack of response is obviously intentional at this time. I am attempting resolution/reconciliation before seeking civil remedies in the State of Ohio.

      I have left a business review of my experience on Google.

      I ordered C7 Z06 front fender vents in carbon flash from the vendor. I have had no communication from the website or the company. I was charged over 2 weeks ago and I have repeatedly asked for updates as to the progress of the part being shipped out. The website states items needing paint would be shipped from 3 to 10 days from the order date. It has been 14 days and I have no idea what is going on and it has not been shipped that I know of. I would like to get the parts but if it is going to take many more weeks then I would like a full refund. I would prefer the parts that I have already paid for.

      I made a purchase for the company and have not heard anything back from them. They do not answer phone calls or reply to emails. Have not heard anything about product being shipped.upon investigation, I found out that the company has many complaints about them.

      I am filing a complaint regarding a recent purchase of TPMS sensors from RPI Designs LLC. The product was advertised as being pre-programmed and ready to install. I had the sensors professionally mounted onto my vehicle. However, once installed, I was unable to detect or pair any of the sensors using my TPMS learning tool—a tool that functions correctly and has been verified on my other vehicle (a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado).

      After extensive troubleshooting—including multiple relearn attempts, test drives, and manual activation attempts—I concluded that the sensors were likely not programmed. I then acquired a Smart Sensor Pro+ diagnostic tool, which confirmed that none of the sensors had been programmed. This supports my position that the product was not as advertised.

      I contacted RPI Designs via multiple emails, detailing the issue and providing all relevant information. I also informed them that the sensors had not yet been removed but would likely be damaged upon removal due to the design of the wheel mount. Despite this, I was told that because the sensors would be “damaged” and were “non-returnable,” they would not issue a refund or provide further support.

      As a result, I am now facing the cost of removing the tires, replacing the sensors, and remounting everything—all because the product was not delivered as described. I believe RPI Designs should take responsibility for this issue and offer a full refund for the faulty sensors they sold.

      Desired Resolution: I am requesting a full refund for the TPMS sensors that were not pre-programmed, as promised in the product listing. I would also appreciate if the company acknowledges this error and reviews their product quality control and customer support procedures to prevent this from happening to others.

      On February 16 2025 ordered parts and have had no response to communication messages and phone calls for updates on the parts to get ETA on my parts

      Company refuses to cancel my order and refuses to ship item. Its been a month now website says no longer than 10 days item was $109.12when I tried to contact them, they blocked me. Last week they told me it shipped never got tracking information never got item.

      On the PFYC website, there was a listing for a Corvette C8 Z06 Conversion High Wing, within the product description it indicates availability of multiple finishes, including carbon flash.
      I placed an order for this part, however, the website did not have an area for color selection, so I followed up with an email indicating my color preference of black carbon flash. This email was sent right after placing the order on December 1, 2024. I did not receive a confirmation response. On December 4, 2024, I received an order status update requesting that I review the order for accuracy. Again, I requested confirmation of the color choice of black carbon flash previously submitted. On December 6, 2024, I received a response from custom service indicating the item had been shipped, but no definitive confirmation of the color. On December 12, 2024, I received the item in the incorrect color (visible carbon fiber NOT black carbon flash). I immediately contacted customer service advising of the error and requesting a shipping label to return the item for replacement with one in the correct color. The reply indicated I would be responsible for all shipping costs and possibly a 20% restocking fee even though the error was completely their doing. Their rationale is I should have looked at the photograph and made an assumption of what the product would look like. Now, PFYC has modified the website an added "carbon fiber" to the product title. In addition, my purchase invoice was also change the add this additional descriptor. Fortunately, I have screenshots of the original webpage and invoice.

      I ordered a rim (wheel) from the company on 10/25/24, and I received the item on 10/29 damaged. I contacted the company via email and was told that I had to ship the item back to them (out of my own pocket). The item was shipped back to the company on 11/4 and the item was confirmed delivered on 11/6 and I have yet to receive a refund. I contacted the company via email twice with no response.

      On July 24th, I ordered a product from RPI Designs. It was advertised as a "GM Part" (General Motors) that is painted to match. There are no returns on custom painted parts. RPI designs did not use a "GM part" as advertised. The only reason I purchased from them is because they advertised that it is a "GM part". They lied in advertising and I deserve every penny back that I paid.
