      On 12/20/22, I bought a Corvette C8 Engine Bay kits from PFYC.COM for $163.19 (Order #******). On 12/24/22, the item marked as delivered on the link from their website. However, I have NOT received the item. I sent them a total of 5 emails before the seller/merchant (***************************) responded that they are NOT responsible for any merchandise after it was shipped out. In other words, they will not look into the matter, will not render any helps, and will not refund the money.It should be noted I also spoke the the mail-person from **** who services my route of delivery. He could not recall and attest to any package being delivered (or NOT). He said he was during the holiday season and many packages were delivered. He said the seller can open a claim with ****.I was home that day. I received other packages for family members (and myself), but no package from this merchant. I would like to have my refund since I did not receive the product. I don't want the product any more as it was for Xmas gift and I did not receive it to present it as a gift.

      Rpi designs order number ******. I have sent sent several emails called at least 4 times left messages and I have never got a reply on any of my attempts. I ordered on thec19th of October I was told with in 10 product would be delivered. Did not. So I gave 10 business days. Still no product or word from ***. They just ignore people but take their money. I want product or my money back. The amount of ****** or product. Or I will file charges with the courts. ****** told me I have a forsure win case

      on 8/30/2022 I place an order for a wing spoiler an a clear door sill protector for my 2022 ***** corvette with this seller. my order # is ****** for the amount of $ ****** us ,the wing spoiler was $ 599 dollars and the door sill protector was $ ***** on 9/17/2022 I did receive the door sill protector but now is going for almost 2 months and no spoiler. I have been calling this company numerus times to ask about the status of my order but no one answers the phone. at this point all i want is to get a refund for the $ 599 plus the tax i paid. any help **** be appreciated

      I ordered a part and never received it so I asked for a refund and was told Id get it 2-5 days never received it so contacted and got no answer back it has now been almost 2 months and I never received the item or my refund they are crooks

      sidenote: I also want to be sure this refund actually happens because they have said this before and still not refunded me. So if you can please keep this complaint open until they actually refund me Id really appreciate it

      I purchased a product from this company on 07-23-2022(order#******) and never received it I have tried contact them several time with no prevail they will not communicate with me at all I either want the product or my money back
