When I bought my car I purchased various extended coverage contracts. I normally never purchase any extended warranty coverage but in this case I did and figured the warranty company would do everything they could to find some loophole to deny coverage. I was proven wrong in my case. I called the number and was helped by Vanessa who went above and beyond to provide me with extraordinary customer service. She was amazing. I'm all stressed out trying to figure out this all works and she literally took over and did everything from working with the dealership, processing all the paperwork, I really didn't have to do anything except send pictures of the damage and show up for my appointment. She even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good. I'm normally not one to give reviews like this but seriously she's amazing. You can tell she enjoys her job and really does go above and beyond. She even told me I had car rental coverage while my car was being repaired. I didn't even know it was part of the contract. Anyway, I hope I never need to use the remaining coverage I have but if I do I hope Vanessa will be there. If you're having problems and overwhelmed like me I hope you have the opportunity to work with Vanessa. I can't say it enough about the excellent service. I've not been compensated or received anything in return for this review. It was done because I feel when you receive excellent service from and individual and or business they deserve recognition.

Do not use unless you want to be set up for failure. I bought this warranty and the extended one from the dealership under the assumption this was through the dealership. I was told my vehicle will never have any issues ever again. I was NEVER provided that this is a third party company and I was NEVER given a copy of the service agreement OR communicated with that it needed to be taken to the dealer every time. I did not know that if I wanted to get an oil change I had to call for permission every oil change. I would not have even had the contact information to do this. I stopped taking my vehicle to the dealership after they scratched and dented my car during a regular service and it would take a more than a month to get a regular service. Since I did not want to neglect my car I took it elsewhere.
The first time I had an issue with motor mounts. I was told “motor mounts” aren’t covered so I called. I was told by the warranty that motor mounts are not covered but engine mounts are and was sent a copy of my warranty. Coincidentally the same day that I was sent a copy of my valid contract the contract was invalidated because an oil change was not performed at the dealership. I was then told about 2-3 different stories before finally them agreeing that the warranty is now invalid for the rest of my life.
I have never been so talked down to and invalidated based off of my concerns for the vehicle. This was the first time that the warranty was actually needed and then told I will now never be able to use it again. It took me months to even figure out the name and number of this third party to figure out they were the ones with the warranty. I asked if there is anything they can do help me and they proceeded to tell me it’s not their fault that we didn’t know they were a third party and it’s the dealers fault and they will not help me. I asked for the name of the company to validate and leave a review and I was given the wrong name to the company.National Automotive Experts/ NAE/NWAN ( A Portfolio Company)

Per your contract, “You may have the required maintenance procedures performed by a Repair Facility that You choose. However, if You choose to have the maintenance performed by a Repair Facility other than the Selling Dealer, you must call the Administrator in advance of each, and every service not performed by the Selling Dealer. Failure to do so will result in denial of coverage under this Contract”. Warranty Forever is complimentary program offered by your selling dealership, with no cost to the policy holder. Vanessa was very helpful to accommodating the day I had a flat tire on my motorbike. However the information she had were no correct. She mentioned that I would be reimbursed for the service simply sending the receipt to NWAN. That reimbursement never happened and I expressed in a couple of situation on our phone call she was completely sure. Under $150 yes. Shannon was incredibly helpful! I was trying to cancel a service contract and I spent a couple months trying to get in touch with the dealership, left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails, and was not able to get any assistance. Shannon saved the day and worked her magic and was able to get a response from the dealership. I was able to cancel my service contract! NWAN Representatives were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I called with questions about canceling my gap insurance that I no longer needed. They were able to resolve my case same day, after I had difficulty canceling through the car dealership. Had a great experience with my concerns. Had an issue with contracts and my dealer. Tara was very helpful and willing to assist me with my issues. She went above and beyond to answer and get answers to my questions. She was very professional and polite. I could not ask for a better experience than I had with Tara.
