      It was included with the purchase of my 2008 RAM **** in 2017 I never filed a claim but always reported my oil changes for approval as for not using the car dealer shop more than an hour away as required.They say change oil at ***** miles. I change mine at *****. I missed one call in report but posted the receipt to my account on their app.Also they have complete records of all the work I've professionally have done to it certifying it's a much better truck than when I bought it.But nonetheless they cancel me out.My truck has never been an everyday driver and has been customized for show and its takes several month to reach ***** mi.For that they sent email and made phone call as for me to have to tell them the mileage and them telling me that I have to go by 6 months too.Full performance synthetic oils as I use with filters the same to have an ASE shop perform the service as required is well over a $100 proposition with pro shop labor.So the every 6 months or ***** miles plan is bs for vehicles that aren't everyday drives and Warranty Forever needs to get that. Until today they did.I'm sure as the good little boy scout was so eager to cancel me today, it would've been the same if I had a claim.

      Shelly who was the customer representative assisting me was patient and listened attentively and then gave me options outside what I thought was the only resolve. She took my information and contacted me less than 10 minutes thereafter. I appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness that she provided. I was contacted that same day to schedule a professional to get my windshield repaired. Definitely, a company I recommend working with.

      We have been customers with Warranty Forever since 2020 when we purchased our brand new 2020 Forest River 30ft camper trailer. We have consistently used our dealership to bring in the camper to have inspected each year. This year, after missing our deadline (due to work and travel) we were dropped without notice. This is after, each year learning of all the things Warranty Forever doesn't cover. This is a SCAM!!!! Pay $300 each year to be given the illusion of coverage when in fact, there is no coverage at all. Shameful on the part of Warranty Forever and the dealership that sold ** this subpar product. Our dealership is ***************************, *****. Don't ever consider buying this garbage.

      The Ohio customer service individual in Cleveland answered ALL my questions with regard to my RV Warrty Forever concerns. She was very knowledgeable and informative!! She should be consider for advancement/promotion at the earliest possible date.

      The agent I talked to, Shelly ***** was very friendly and very helpful.She told me it would be 3 to 4 days before I would hear back from the company that was going to fix my windshield. But so far I have been happy with the service I have received period

      I’ve had nothing but the best customer service whenever I called to update my vehicles info and services done. Everyone I spoke with especially Vince, was vastly knowledgeable and kind when I had some questions and concerns with my warranty and information.

      Megan was my representative and she was outstanding! She was extremely helpful and always followed up on her promises. Great communication. In a time when customer service is becoming a joke Megan was a breath of fresh air!!

      I have followed the scheduled maintenance outlined in the owners manual. The vehicle purchased was far enough away that I serviced my vehicle at places other than the dealership that sold it to me. I had to preauthorize each time of service and kept track of every receipt. I just had to have a new transmission installed, inner and outer axle seal and u-joint in the front axle. ALL paid for by Warranty Forever. I will not purchase a vehicle without it ever again. Amazing coverage and no hassle. GREAT VALUE J. LIGHT ********

      Everyone I dealt with was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. They were great at communicating with myself and the shop which was doing the windshield replacement. Every step of the process was easy, I couldn't be more pleased with their service.
