      We bought this Warranty through ALM Hyundai in Florence SC, was told that it coverd anything to do with tires and rims, this Warranty is worthless. We called and ask for all pages concerning this, was told by employees that they only give out the first page, which doesn't say anything about this is only for environmental issues.

      First I can't contact you, when you block out the number. 2nd. We only received the first page of the contract, and your company refused to send the other pages. I would reconsider doing business with ******** ******* *f they are going to give out the wrong information.

      I don’t wait long for a human to speak with me. The staff are knowledgeable and personable. Today it was Jeff. Regardless of the person answering, I’ve never been disappointed. We’ve owned this car since January 2018 and have been using the warranty notification 800 number the entire time. We’ll done.

      This company is nothing but a rip off - we were not able to get our first inspection on time due to staffing issues from Covid in the only RV center we have as an option. So they have voided our warranty. We did do the inspection although it was late due to Covid issues. They are not worth any money that anyone spends on them.We could not help the situation and have shown we intended to do our inspections as the contract reads - they are only using the delay as an excuse not to cover us anymore.

      I called because in reading the small print I was confused as to the requirements of the program and because the dealer I purchased from had since been sold. In addition I spend a bit of time in FL and so had serviced my new car there. I spoke with Chris, who took awhile to walk me through step-by-step my service history. By doing this she determined my timeline qualified for a one-time exception so as not to void my warranty. So very thankful for this added effort, consideration and professionalism.
