      Customer service is great and claims responsiveness is strong.
      They have upheld their end of the agreement, including prompt service on major repairs. My experience has been surprisingly positive.

      These guys are terrible. They push you to do things online but don't update status. They have a small checklist of documents to process a claim, but require many other documents, but don't tell you, so you have to call and continually follow up and pull teeth to get information.

      It took me more than a month to get my LoJack claim paid out and instead of mailing the payment to me (I filed the claim, all of the documentation they asked for was under my name), they mailed it to the car dealership that sold me the vehicle...that is 2 hours round trip from my house.

      Terrible, terrible experience. My insurance company, Mercury, was awesome and professional and paid me the value of my car in 20 days. These guys were like pulling teeth and now I HAVE TO HOPE that I am able to get the check from this car dealership.

      I would just like to brag on the help I received from one of the teams members named Melissa. She’d went above and beyond to help answer all my questions regarding my contract.       If I could give any more stars it would be in the negative area. I have had my 2018 Highlander for three years never missed a service, only went to another ****** dealership once and made sure to call the number even , did most of the recommended services just so I wouldn’t void my warranties. Well here I am three year later with a truck with 70,000 miles, with a well known transmission issue with these brand and they denied my claim because they said there was mileage discrepancies. Well I can’t help the people y’all contract are not competent in doing data entry and had my mileage put down incorrect . I will never buy a vehicle I can’t fix myself again! Thanks but no thanks!
