Tiffany provided overall exceptional customer service! Made the process so pleasant & painless! Very knowledgeable, helpful. Was just amazed how efficient & how pleasant the experience was! Definitely consider them in the future! My phone was giving me trouble & lost the connection with Tiffany. She sent an email to coworkers & noted the file so when I got it working & called back everyone was aware. Stellar customer service!!! Gosh why can't others firms communicate & be so proactive!! I

We purchased the “Forever Warranty” and have taken good care to ensure ongoing vehicle maintenance. When we experienced issues with our transmission I called to make a claim on the warranty we purchased. At that time, I was informed that because we did not take he vehicle backs to the purchasing dealership for oil changes (the dealership is in a different state that our residence) and did not call ahead for pre-authorization before each routine oil change, our contract was void and no claim could be filed. I even asked if I could send in our maintenance records and was told that was not an option. All oil changes and maintenance had to be called in for pre authorization or the warranty was voided. They’ve found a way to weasel out of the vast majority of all claims that may be made against their warranty. Benefits are as listed on the contract, and claims are reviewed in accordance with the contract. Per your contract, “You may have the required maintenance procedures performed by a Repair Facility that You choose. However, if You choose to have the maintenance performed by a Repair Facility other than the Selling Dealer, you must call the Administrator in advance of each, and every service not performed by the Selling Dealer. Failure to do so will result in denial of coverage under this Contract”. Warranty Forever is complimentary program offered by your selling dealership, with no cost to the policy holder. The NWAN Gap claim company were diligent in assisting with my claim during the loss of my vehicle. The communication and receipt of documents were top notch.
