      Shannon was super helpful with canceling my GAP insurance. She’s a wonderful person to deal with and I am very thankful for her assistance. I was getting the run around from the dealership with canceling the insurance but it was canceled in one day with Shannon.
      She went above and beyond to assist me. She was polite, and answered all my questions in a prompt manner.

      Brittany helped take care of my claim from start to finish. She was always easy to contact, and made sure to communicate everything that was going on. She was patient when it took a while for me to get all of my documents submitted and made sure to process my claim as quickly as possible. 100000/10 stars.

      The customer service provided by Allison ******** is unequaled!
      Her attention to our issue was based on her ability to communicate the process, provide the form needed and clearly explain the process!
      She needs to be acknowledged…maybe DOUBLE her salary!
      Truly, she is a gift and has pure management talent! I wish I could clone her and spread her to all areas of customer service.
      As a New Yorker, I am not easily pleased!!! I once told a rep for a large food store, she should get a transfer to BAGGING groceries, a chore where thinking and communication are not needed!

      I called National automotive experts/name/nmwan for a cancellation on my RV. I Had called 3 times before reaching Shannon. All others weren’t able to help me with filling out paper work to cancel and maybe get a refund from company. My husband and I are in our 60’s and we needed help with attaching a copy of paperwork that we had proof that we did sell our RV. And that is why we were canceling extended insurance policy we had with them. But thanks to Shannon we were able to send proof and she submitted our paperwork and went further and emailed me and let me know it was received and what we would be getting back. She made things so easy. Thanks to her if we would ever buy and other RV we would certainly go with this company.
