      Jeromy was an excellent customer service representative. He helped me prepare the correct items for my claim and assisted me in preparing them for submission. I am a Senior, and he was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable making my claim. Compliment and reward him for being an asset to your company.

      While I was hesitant to call NWAN regarding my Prius warranty, I was very pleased to reach such an incredibly nice customer service rep, named Shannon who could not have been more pleasing and competent at answering my questions. I have to admit that though I am 85 years old and my wife and I will likely pass before I ever need my warranty for my "Biden car", as my fellow military verterans like to call it, I am pleased to have purchased the Extreme Wrap warranty. They seem to have the best auto warranty and certainly have a keeper in Shannon who needs a raise, instead of a pat on the back.
      In any regard, she needs to be training future representatives of your company as she understands human nature. I have to admit that this old man almost fell in love with her. Don't tell her mate or my wife. LOL.
      Sorry to be so wordy but this woman needs recognition and I am a retired school teacher who tend to talk too much. Don't know where Strongville, Ohio is, but 85 years ago I was born in a town called Hicksville, Ohio.

      Very disappointed in this company. We purchased a GMC Yukon with a powertrain warranty supplied by our dealership through NAE. Lost in the paperwork during our purchase was that every service needed to be through the dealership or "pre-authorized". Every service was done in a timely fashion but because the driver of the vehicle wasn't aware that every service needed to be done at dealership or pre-authorized, she had service performed at our (reputable) local service shop where everything was well-documented. However, when our powertrain failed this month, the dealership informed us that the powertrain repair would not be covered under the warranty, despite us providing clear receipts and documentation of appropriate service intervals, etc. Although this seems to approach a violation of the Magnusson-Moss Act, when I called NAE there was no interest in providing coverage and I hit a dead end. I would 100% not recommend this company - I'm guessing that this is part of their business plan (let the detail of dealership service sneak through the cracks during purchase and then claim a violation of warranty contract if claim is made - again, the legality of this when considering federal law seems suspect).

Benefits are as listed on the contract, and claims are reviewed in accordance with the contract. Per your contract, “You may have the required maintenance procedures performed by a Repair Facility that You choose. However, if You choose to have the maintenance performed by a Repair Facility other than the Selling Dealer, you must call the Administrator in advance of each, and every service not performed by the Selling Dealer. Failure to do so will result in denial of coverage under this Contract”. Warranty Forever is complimentary program offered by your selling dealership, with no cost to the policy holder.       Pleasantly surprised!
      I had initially been transferred to the incorrect department, but the representative was very helpful and took ownership of finding the correct department BEFORE transferring me again. Once in the right place, my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and remained my only point of contact for the remainder of the call.

      I purchased this warranty a couple of months ago and thought I would cancel my *** membership since towing is included. So.......I thought I would try it out first. I called THREE different telephone numbers in order to "try to" obtain roadside assistance. (BBB wouldn't allow me to post the telephone numbers). All 3 numbers had recordings that said to press the appropriate # for roadside assistance. Well, as soon as I did, the calls got disconnected. I tried all 3 numbers several times and tried other options besides roadside assistance and the same thing happened.
      Then I read many reviews saying if you don't get oil changes where you purchased the car or get prior approval to have them done elsewhere, you void the warranty. That really isn't too much of a problem, however, I've also read many reviews where they deny that a prior approval was given. I haven't even had a chance to use this warranty, but I don't trust these people whatsoever and the fact that I kept getting disconnected when I could have been stuck on the road somewhere is enough for me to cancel this thing. I'm not taking any chances!!!
