      We just purchased a front entry and rear door leading to our deck. We are SO very pleased and excited to have these beautiful doors! They are quite literally a work of art! The beveled glass and trim work on our front door and sidelights is just breathtaking! I found out that each door is made to order and many of the features are done by hand. It’s true, Provia doors are a bit pricey but when you see the craftsmanship and artwork that goes into these pieces of art, they are priceless! They add a lot of curb appeal and overall value to your home which is always welcomed! We are so pleased we went with Provia!

      As a homeowner, i have never posted a review on the BBB site before; however, ProVia, has proven to be a company of the highest integrity, truly exemplifying their purpose, delivering above & beyond exceptional customer service, so much that I am looking for ways to give them my highest praise. ProVia, you have a staff member, Ann C*****, in your Ohio office, who went above & beyond to help find resolution after a particularly difficult ordeal with a contractor situation gone very wrong. In addition to the high quality of your products, with Ann's help, as one of your representatives, I believe ProVia will continue to shine their light far and wide. You have earned my highest praise and recommendation! Without hesitation, I will be recommending ProVia to anyone I know who needs to buy a door! This is a 5-star company for sure.

      I purchased 13 Provina Endure triple-pane high-performance Energy Star replacement windows which were installed by a reputable installer who has 5/5 star reviews from multiple resources and only installs Provina windows. This is the most regrettable purchase I have made in my 61 years. I have had the windows in my home for one month and have had numerous issues. I was home on installation day and watching closely; the windows were removed from the manufacturer's packaging on site so I know the issues are not the installers’ fault. I am dealing with missing parts; joints that have excess vinyl protruding from the manufacturing process; joints where the vinyl is not bonded together completely; removable covers for the balancing system cut to different lengths leaving gaps; torn weather stripping; defective powder coating; chips and scratches inside, outside, and in the sill; window identification labels falling off; chip and scratches on outer pane of glass; adhesive between the panes; gobs of adhesive on both sides of glass that was very difficult to remove; screens that don’t seat adequately leaving a gap for insects to crawl under; torn screens; broken locking mechanism; have to hold the top sash up and pull the bottom sash down while locking at the same time to get them to close properly; impossible to clean streak-free, it’s like both sides have some kind of coating on them; no reduction in road noise as promised, same as the single pane windows that were removed. And the worst issue, after one month, 6 out of 13 windows now have cracked frames on the inside and must be completely removed to be repaired. On their last visit, the Installers told me they were changing to a different manufacturer due to Provina’s lack of quality control. Some of these issues will be corrected under warranty, but I have to take off work each time the installers come to take photos of the defects or to repair them; I have already lost over $500 in income due to these windows.

      The door works fine. The blinds won’t stay in any fixed position. It’s a pain. No pun intended.

      Shortly after installation my top of the line ProVia door developed a bulge and crack on the interior. I contacted both the installer and ProVia and each pointed to the other, hence delaying any accountability for shoddy workmanship. I paid a professional fiberglass repair service for the repair myself and hope the product survives more than the one year it has been in service. I do like the door but am extremely disappointed that the company did not stand behind their product and replied to my written complaints with the typical corporate response (likely AI generated) that cleverly avoids any accountability.

      I finally got rid of my 25 year old steel door! Recently purchased a Signet fir fiberglass door with dentil shelf with the glazed gray finish. It also has waterfall privacy glass at the top with century black handles for a smooth entry. Black threshold along the bottom total new casing for the door itself with a black doorbell casing. Added a storm door that was a dark charcoal and it turned out amazing. I love everything about it. Everyone in the neighborhood has checked it out and loves it! What an amazing transformation! I have seen 6 cars stopping to take a look at this beautiful entry door already. Looking forward to many happy years with my new door. Thanks to all the wonderful people at Provia for their outstanding work and efforts on this project I appreciate each and every one of you!

      I absolutely love my ProVia exterior doors and hardware. I used ProVia’s Envision page to select the door, glass, color, and hardware. It provided me a visual and the actual exterior doors look identical to the visual. I have had many comments from neighbors stating how the doors have transformed the front of my house. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the exterior doors and my black storm doors.

      We ordered a Legacy steel door with sidelights. Door knob height is 34.5 inches. All doors in my home are 36.5 inches. How is 34.5 standard. The glass package we received did not look like it did on line. We thought we would not be able to see through them so we ordered the peep hole. We can see through them. They look like they need to be cleaned but I'm told it's a distressed look and it's normal. Not a good look. Hair line crack in the door jamb. Aluminum cladding corners do not line up. Bottom of sidelights come with a black plastic for some reason. Also not a good look. Paid a lot of money and feeling like I got ripped off.

      Provia does not have a valid phone number posted for their site. 800 number and local number does not go through. Seems like only email correspondence. when I finally get in touch with them, well you as a homeowner cannot get warranty work done. They only deal with retailers. My Window Dealer went out of business So where does that leave me
