Was very happy to find a reasonable quote for our new patio door from ****** **** ************* ********** *** Dave did an excellent job installing it - even correcting the diy from previous owner. It's quality and operations was beyond what we expected. Will call them again the next time we have a project.ProVia

I am not happy with the reviews and rating I see here.. ProVia provide great products, and not fair to have this rating with BBB. Most of the reviews are related to contractors , not to the product itself. People go to BBB when they are not happy only, but not when they are happy with the product. I am a contractor, and I been installing ProVia products for years, and have hundreds of happy customers. Customers who choose the cheapest installers get what they pay for… Contractors have license, insurance and years of experience to be licensed, will charge you more for sure. Be sure about the contractor first, before you blame the product. You can have the best product, installed wrong, then you have bad final result. I appreciate ProVia products, customer service and helpful portal.ProVia

1 starWe have had 9 ProVia windows since 2019 and they have been awful. Two broke immediately and we have never been able to use those window and now the rest of them are breaking. They have always been extremely hard to close and they are very flimsy. The top portion of the windows fall down and you cannot close unless you have two people. Run from this product!Review fromChristine P

They have been great from windows to an entry door. But, they have to redo the door, the manager came to look at final work. He is having them redo it with a wider entrance way to cover some of the old brick up. I’m happy with their service because hthings happen but it takes a good company to admit they need to redo it. Thank youProVia

Thank you for the Customer Review, ***** ********. ProVia manufactured the entry door installed in your home and we appreciate your positive words. The balance of your Review is directed to the dealer whom you purchased the products from. The windows and the work to enlarge the entranceway is done at the dealer's discretion and doesn't include any ProVia products.Review fromJustin T

I am currently on my third-door slab. The first two had a 1/4-inch bow in them from top to bottom. This was so bad it would not even make contact with the weather stripping at the top corner of the door. They ordered a new one that came in just as bowed, if not worse than the first one. My confidence isn't very high, and I don't think the next one will improve. I didn't buy the best or the worst level of the door, but it seems there is no insulation in them. During the winter, the inside of the door is pretty much the same temperature as the outside air, to the point that frost is almost forming. I also bought and installed two storm doors. These are equally garbage. When the glass is in the door, it overpowers the ONE closer it has on it, causing the door to flex and slam. When the screen is in it, it doesn't have any structure, and it feels like a stiff breeze will blow it apart. Luckily, the installation company is trying to make things right, but it's hard to do with the quality of the products they keep receiving. Not to mention what I paid for this stuff. I ask myself why the company I bought these through does business with ProVia. Seems to be dragging them through the mud. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing. My suggestion is to find a different manufacturer from which to purchase doors.ProVia

I apologize for the inconvenience and ongoing challenges you are currently experiencing with your Entry door unit. The current reorder of your door slab will have a full inspection to ensure the unit is plum and square before leaving our facility. Regarding your entry unit during the winter months the door unit is insulated however the door skin is steel and will be cooler to the touch. The storm door closers that were ordered with your units are not the typical heavy duty closer that comes standard with the Deluxe storm doors. We will contact your place of purchase to send a quantity of two heavy duty closers free of charge to replace the current ones you have. We will continue to monitor the current door slab reorder and if you need any further assistance please contact the Entry Door Customer Service team.Review fromcarrie w

I find no quality difference in these windows than in my 16 year old windows that they replaced. I am so very disappointed. $3,ooo plus expense I feel tossed in the trash. When I hired the installers I found they had very good reviews. W---- M----. However, I did not know who the manufacturer was. (ProVia). Shame on me I guess. And as I see here on BBB, I am not alone in my complete and expensive disappointment.ProVia

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the quality of your new windows. The distributor has already reached out to inform us of an issue with the bulb seal length and replacement bulb seal has been ordered under warranty to resolve the issue.Review fromShawn B

I absolutely love my exterior door and storm doors and they came in early. My sales person was very professional and patient with me during the selection process and to my surprise, he evem came out on the day of install to see the products I carefully selected. I was so happy to see him. It was a great feeling to know that he not only cared about the sale, he aslo cared about quality of the product and more importantly, he cared that I was satisfied and that speaks volumes about his commitment to providing quality products and outstanding customer service. ?? I love my new door and the installer was fantastic and also professional, knowledgeable and courteous, because of these two professionals, I will be back for another exterior door and I will spread the word about your products and great customer service and support. These two gentlemen are in keeping with the highest traditions of great customer service and support. They represented ****** and ProVia well.ProVia

I had double front doors installed in Nov 23. Two weeks after install the door knob snapped off and fell to ground. They had me buy a new door knob at $400 and will refund when I get the old door knob off and bring back and refund. Well, the new door knob did the same thing. It’s now April and I’ve been in contact with them atleast 15 times and they are supposed to send the rep to look at the door and get a replacement part but after weekly calls and begging both ProVia and ********* hardware to send the rep out that was supposed to get ahold of me 3 weeks ago and still hasn’t- I’m left with a 12,000 door that can’t be used because the door knob has been broken since November. Please don’t apologize- I’ve heard enough, please get a hold of the ProVia rep from ********* and have him contact me like he was supposed to 3 weeks ago!!!ProVia
