I arranged for a 1:30 PM appointment by Everdry Waterproofing on February 7 to replace a sump pump that would not shut off. At exactly 1:30, Chad pulled into our driveway. I told him I would like to give him an award for being the first repair person to show up exactly on time. In less than a half hour, Chad had removed the old sump pump and installed the new pump. Chad noticed the steel beams that Everdry installed in 1993 to support our bowing basement walls. He told me that their newer beams were heavier and were adjustable where they attach to the floor joists. I appreciated the information. The original sump pump was installed in 1993 and was replaced under warranty. Also, in 30 years we have never had a leak in our basement. Thank you Everdry!

Workers were very polite and hard working. Cleaned up when finished with the job. ***** *, the Foreman, explained everything that was done when the job was completed. Very professional. Hopefully the condensation and mold problems will be eliminated.EverDry Waterproofing
