Same issue with shipping everyone else is experiencing. Order number M1433948P1. Cannot get ahold of customer service. I cannot continue to wait. I ended ordering the same part from a different company. I just want to cancel my order and get my money back. These business practices must be illegal!MTD Products, Inc.

**************** is terrible.Ordered Tractor mulching Kit 5/29/24 Got email below same dayNever received shipping confirmation email as stated below? Clicking on Check Order Status button in emails below "Blocked" error.The number in email is not in operation, when called says call another number. I placed an order on 6/2 stated parts would be delivered in 3-5 days. I have now been on hold 1 hour and seven minutes; still no answer. I just need to know if these are going to be delivered, are they out of stock. very frustrating. I understand high volume sales but this is ridiculous.MTD Products, Inc.

Cub cadet is probably one of the worst companies to ever do business with. They give you a list of phone numbers to call and they get you absolutely nowhere. There is no way to get a hold of an actual person to talk to at Cub cadet. Do not buy a Cub cadet run do not walk run away from Cub cadet products. They seen me coming and bent me over. I used to be an avid Cub cadet on it of equipment lawn mowers everything that they made I will never buy anything else made Cub cadet. There is no such thing as warranty when it comes to Cub cadet. So when you buy something you've just bought it as is no warranty.MTD Products, Inc.

They didnt give me all of my ordered products. Its been over a month and hopefully this 3rd shipment attempt will come after dealing with customer service again. Every time I called to resolve an issue I sat on hold for at least an hour.MTD Products, Inc.

Placed order with mtdparts.com on 5/28/24 and got email confirmation with order number. Website says they ship all orders the same day if placed before 3 pm. When I check my order status online it says the order is null and shipping status is null. I tried calling customer support, but gave up after being on hold for an hour and 15 minutes.MTD Products, Inc.

1 starVery disappointed with the customer service. We purchased a total of $1137.12 worth of parts 04/16/24. We received one part in a timely manner. When the rest did not arrive, we only inquired to see when to expect the rest. We were told late **** is when inventory would be replenished. Since 04/30/2024 we have been calling every day to cancel the remainder of the order, being left on hold for 1 to almost 2 hours before the phone went to dial tone. The chat box also would not get us to a rep until after closing hours for the day. Each time we were left at square one just trying to get ahold of someone. Today 05/308/2024 Hunter on the chat line answered and was so unhelpful and would only say the order could not be cancelled. No reason given or the exception that each of these failed interactions were saved on our end. The website clearly states that ALL backordered items can be cancelled at any time prior to being received into inventory. We have not been given any actual reasoning for why they could not cancel and refund or an updated status on the backordered parts. This is absolutely ridiculous. ****** then asked again if we needed any other assistance. I requested again to please cancel the order, be given a direct number for assistance, or real reasoning. ****** ended the chat abruptly...As I sit here on hold for ongoing 30 mins once again along with the Cub Cadet Chat line, I cannot help but utterly regret this purchase or believe this is how their business is run.Review fromGlynn R

I feel totally ripped off by this company and I have been using products from their company over 50 years. I order a starter housing assymbly for a Bolins BL110 weed eater. I looked up the part by model number on their site and place order says 3-4 day shipment. 12 days later I get the package and it's not one for my BL110 weedeater. After multiple phone calls I finally get a person on the phone tell him they sent wrong part it's too small for my weedeater. He comes back telling me I ordered the wrong part that there are 2 different models BL110 and I ordered the wrong one. I told him I put the model number BL110 in and this one came up. He refused to accept that the web site made the mistake just kept saying I made the wrong order and I had to pay shipment to return. The part was $18.14 plus a $2.39 air filter shipping was $7.49 and the *** for me to return it was $20.30. Before I lose $27.79 shipping on a $18.14 part I'll trash it never ever buy any product from this company.
