I've placed an order last week, and the order hasn't shipped yet, and i tried contacting them.Basically there is no way of contacting them, online there is no way of sending message, only option is chat which is only redirecting you to help pages. And phone number listed no one actually answers it.So i tried canceling my order, but there is no way of doing so. They charged my card and didn't ship the order and left me no option of canceling either.MTD Products, Inc.

1 starPlaced an order with the company for replacement parts for our zero turn mower, we received part of the order, but not the oil we needed most. I called repeatedly during their posted contact hours, but never reached anyone. Not a soul, and not because I incorrectly read time zones or didn't know how to use them. When did I get a pick up. I was on hold for 30 mins+ with the worst hold music and a message that would make people believe that someone had just answered their call only to put them on hold again. After getting tired of waiting, I tried two other numbers they had with the same result. I finally got in contact with **** on Live Chat, and found out that the oil was backorder and their system is not set up to send out backorder notifications for items out of stock. When I asked for a refund, conveniently, he could not process one. He could tell me the month I would receive the item, but could not give me back the money for the item. He also told that the backorder item was not charged, which was not true. I was looking at our banking account on my cell phone, and the charge had already been taken out. In the end, I was directed right back to call with a supposedly "Magical" case number that would get me all the help I needed immediately, only to be on hold for another 30 mins+. Overall, we've had non stop problems with the mower since we've gotten it, problems getting parts, and a warranty not worth ***** There is little wonder why no one in our area will repair their mowers. Oh sorry, there is one and he just rebranded to clear his reputation after law suits and criminal charges. Cub Cadet never again! They should be paying me for doing all the work of chasing them down for parts and repairs. Am I angry? Just a bit. We just bought a ******** paperweight.Review fromTommy B

The customer service is terrible. Every time I call, it is a 45+ minute wait before I am helped. On top of that I have to pay return shipping and one of the items wasnt the correct size. Their website is not user friendly and incorrect parts were ordered because it showed up under my model numberMTD Products, Inc.

So let start by saying my Cub Riding mower is a bit of an older model but I mowed my lawn a few days ago and after putting the mower in my shed the mower caught on fire and burned my shed down. I contacted customer service which took forever to get ahold of someone and once I did they offered little help as far as a compensation for their product burning my shed and its contents. I was really considering buying another Cub but I dont feel like I can trust a product that catches on fire and could possibly cause harm to my home or family.MTD Products, Inc.

I am looking for some avenue to communicate with cub cadet customer service. I have made three calls with an average wait time of more than two hours. On my second call I was told I would be shipped a replacement kit for a broken seat base. I never received a confirmation or any way to track the shipment. The website chat function took my basic information and then failed to connect me with an agent. Aside from agreeing to send me a replacement for a defective or poorly designed component, I have never experienced customer support so poorly designed or staffed.MTD Products, Inc.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They need to answer their phones I have been trying since Friday morning to get in touch with customer service, was on hold one time for 1 hour! Never got any response. It is now Tuesday and still can not reach customer service.MTD Products, Inc.

In September of 2020, we bought our Cub Cadet Mower online, when it arrived, I put it together as instructed and charged the battery. I filled the fluids and started the mower. It would not shut off. I finally found a way to shut if off and we addressed the issue by bringing it to a shop to have it fixed under warranty after calling the company.We noticed the motor shakes a lot when using it, but having never owned a Cub Cadet before I thought this could be normal for them. We got to use it for two and a partial season before it shook itself apart. We just used an old one my son uses for side jobs for the rest of the season. My son tried to tighten the bolts connecting the motor to the deck this year and use it and it shook itself apart again. Because it is "no longer under warranty" they will do nothing about it, though it is a manufacture defect. I found that out after being on hold for over an hour. They gave me another number which I called and was on hold for a long time as well, before giving up. This tells me they have a lot of issues with their products. I'll never purchase from them again. ****** mower that lasted two seasons is a bit crazy.MTD Products, Inc.

Cub cadet may have good products but if you need to cancel or correct anything about your parts order like delivery address , you are out of luck. Getting a hold of someone once you have paid and ordered is a dead end. You are put on hold forever and no agent ever answers. Stay away from ordering parts on their website.MTD Products, Inc.

**************** is non-existent. I have been a customer for at least 8 years. My order was lost for 3 weeks and counting. The chat function online is not helpful at all, they can't process refunds. Chat took 30 minutes to receive a response. Waited on hold for an agent for hours with no luck on multiple occasions. This is why people choose to order from Amazon, not directly with companies. They took my money quickly, but it has been extremely difficult to get the money back for the equipment I purchased but never received. No refund has been issued to date.MTD Products, Inc.
