      July 4th I ordered a chicken coop from this company. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. At 8 weeks with still no word I called the company. They apologized and said they were running behind and it would be a few more weeks. I said okay. I called the company again 4 weeks later and I was told I was scheduled for delivery the week of October 23rd. With no word from the company about scheduling a drop off day I called the company again the Friday of that week. I spoke to two different women both claiming they didn’t know when the coop would be ready or delivered. I requested a full refund as I highly doubted the word of this company. It was also a red flag that they made me pay cash down. The second women I spoke to told me I can not get a full refund only 50% because there is a “ cancelation fee”. I attempt to explain how this was unkind treatment and unprofessional. I was told “ I won’t be going into this with you “. I was told I’d get another follow up call about canceling the order that afternoon and as of this complaint I am still waiting. This conversation was 16 weeks after ordering the chicken coop that was promised at 8 weeks. I do understand delays and I was very patient with this company but I want my money back for both lack of actually ever receiving the product and my aggravation and time.

      I purchased a 12x10 shed for $2000 on September 6, 2023 at one of Timber Creek Structures locations on Belmont Ave. I physically walked in the shed with an employee and was told that this one would be mine. I was told 3-4 weeks for delivery and I still have not received my shed. I have contacted them several times by phone and when I went to the location on Belmont Ave the shed that I was told was mine was no longer there and No One had any idea where it was. I went to *************************** to their so called plant address and it was actually on the opposite block/street. My story is like many other reviews Ive read and I just want my shed or my money back!

      I seen this advertisement on line and went to the address given, to buy a shed that was marked down as a return. The guy said he didn't know if it was still available so he called to find out. The lady said it was still there and he gave me the address and directions how to get there. I went there and saw the shed and picked out the color roof and filled out the paperwork and wrote a check out. They asked when I would like them to deliver it and I said the week of the 23rd (of July). That gave them 2 weeks to deliver it and gave me time to take down a part of my fence to make sure they had room. I went there on a Saturday and they cashed my check that Monday. The week of the 23rd came and went and I called them to find out what happened. I left a voice mail and no one returned my call. I called again and was put through to someone who I didn't see that first meeting. She said their driver quit and they were trying to hire another driver and to give them a couple of weeks. I didn't hear from anyone so I called again and asked what happened. The lady I talked to said I should hear from him soon. When I asked "who was him?" She didn't answer and just said he will contact me. I asked again who this person was she never replied to my question. I have called a couple more times and the last time she said it will be delivered the first week of October. It is the middle of October and still no shed. Every time i have spoken to someone, it is another excuse. I researched and found complaints on this company about people not getting their sheds for up to two years. I would like my money returned in full. I am not paying for restocking fee. I wonder how many people they showed the same shed to and got their money also for that same shed. My fence is still apart and back yard is open to anyone and including animals. I hope you are able to help me in this matter. I am recently widowed and feel like I am being taken advantage of. Thank you for your time in this matter.

      I ordered a shed from the company back in May they took a down payment and told me it would be delivered by the middle of August I’ve been calling them since Sept to see what was going on when I do get to talk to somebody they have giving me every excuse in the book called today to tell them I don’t want it and they told me that they are charging me a 25% cancellation fee

      The garage was not installed properly into the space provided! Was given the wrong garage door, and was told that they would come and install the correct garage door and as of this date 10/01/2023 it has not been installed! Just want this matter resolved!

      Paid check 6625.00 for deposit on a on-site 24x28 built shed to timbercreek structures on 7-30-2022. Was informed they could not build after they accepted my bid and even said I was in accepted and was being processed for build. After year of rarely answered calls, they first agreed to give me materials and I was to build build myself. Upon arrival with truck and trailer i was told they have only part of materials and didnt know i was picking up so they agreed to a 12x24 utility shed to be delivered Monday July 10 2023. I have yet to receive shed. I have dates of all my calls and when they've replied calls. All I get are excuses and excuses. They have no actual current address, moved . Currently they are working out of warehouse in Austintown oh off connecticut and meridian in an industrial rundown area with not address or advertising.

      I paid a 25% ($2202) down payment on a structure on April 13, 2023. I was told at the time that my structure would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks; that was over 5 months ago. Every time I called they told me something different; "your building has not been manufactured yet" another time I was given a date for delivery and I hired my contractor to be there all day but the structure didn't show. I was totally frustrated when this went on and on, so I asked for and was refused my down payment back. The last contact I had with the company was on September 14 and they said they would call me the following week about delivery - they did not.Additionally, they told me when I purchased the structure that the delivery included setting blocks under the trailer and then reneged. This is a hardship as I am disabled and live alone in a rural area. All I want now is my down payment back so I can purchase a structure that will arrive in a reasonable time and complete the work they promised me at purchase. I can't help but believe that they will continue being untruthful to me and this nightmare will continue.       On 2/2/22 my husband and I each contracted for a building. We paid $600 as a downpayment on the two buildings. As of today, 9/22/23, neither of the buildings have been delivered, we have heard from these people only when WE call THEM. They always have an excuse for why we don't have the buildings; i.e. not enough workers, yours are 10th in line and will soon be built, we are building them this week. I requested a refund of my downpayment and was told that there is a 15% fee for cancelling. I told them I did not think I should have to pay a fee when they are the reason I don't have the buildings. Today (9/22/23), I was told my orders had been cancelled and I was being sent a refund; however, the refund would take 12 weeks to process.

      On 3/3/23 I placed a $400. cash down payment on a chicken coop. We were told 3-4 weeks in writing. I have been calling monthly to check the progress. They have told me 4 different delivery dates throughout this time. The owner called once and promised it in two weeks. They rarely answer the phone and seemed to have stopped returning calls. I was told 3 weeks ago the owner was going to call me. I would like my money back, but from what I read the system of getting a coop or money back is the same. You will be met will hollow promises. The ************************ is familiar with this company, and even more scary the women that answers the phone said they have spoken with the AGs office. I believe if we had chose to rent to own we would have received the coop, but the down payments they receive keep a cash flow for day to day operations. Also, the rent to owns can be repossessed and re-sold. Cash deals or what they are.

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TIMBER CREEK STRUCTURES! Purchased shed 5/20/23 onsite at 3710 Hendricks Rd Youngstown OH this is where the sheds are built (you go to the next road though - Connecticut Ave to get there) paid cash $2380 which was half the total for shed. I was told 4-8 weeks - It is now 9/14/23 and still no shed. What everyone else is saying is consistent with my story. They keep pushing the date, said it is just waiting on delivery, just waiting on a roof, now not even started. I ended up going out there to see if there is any truth to the lies. It has not been started there was a shed being built from March and one from July. Why they are building one from July when May is not done. There was a whole bin full of May still and some from April that have not been started yet. Sandy (the phone lady who is a professional liar) is at this location. Don't let her fool you. She says she is not at the location with inventory - can't take pics - she is there. She knows more than she is saying. Go there and see for yourself!!! I just want my shed or my money back in cash - how I paid. I was trying to resolve this peacefuly - they had their opportunity. I have never ever had to file a complaint against any company. I am physically sick from all of this, losing sleep, losing working hours. This place needs to STOP TAKING NEW ORDERS!!! Just be honest with your customers! I don't know how they sleep at night. I want my shed by Sept 25 or a full cash refund. If not I will be suing for breach of contract not to mention the concrete pad I got poured for the shed which was not cheap.

      This is the same response I have been getting for months and it is not a response - I want this company to take ownership of the binding contract they made with me and provide an exact date they are delivering my shed and stick to it.
