This is the second complaint against this company. The previous complaint was about their failure to send my structure when they said they would, by 6 months. This complaint is twofold - when the structure was delivered the third-party delivery man actually dragged my structure down a long rocky driveway, stripping the support beams of wood. I guess I'll have to live with that. But, I did purchase (Paid For) two large windows; they constructed the building with two small windows. (but charged me for the large ones.) I want them to send me the two windows I paid for. Otherwise, I have no alternative left but to go to court. ThanksInitial Complaint

We went to timber Creek structure on 10 21 23. We purchased a 12 by 24 by 8 utility building. For **** dollars, we paid cash.Twitter, it was a lot model. The delivery date was 1 to 3 weeks. They have since sold the same building that we purchase to somebody else. When I call them, they do. Return my call. But refuse to give me a delivery date on another building. They said they would build me a new one and have a delivered, but they are not being cooperative. I have tried calling multiple times they just keep telling me the same thing it's excuse after excuse the owner's not in know they do not have a date when I question them about selling the building that we purchased with cash. He told me that he can build 10 more for everyone that they sell and I said well, how come you cannot deliver me the one I purchased, but you was able to deliver it to somebody else. He told me he does not have to answer to me. Very rude staff I have been recording all conversations. They have blocked me on social media.Business Response

I placed an order for a shed on 8/19 with 3-8 week build time. I was called in September advising shed would not be built until 11/27. I called 11/30 and was advised there is no eta for when the shed will be built or delivered.Business Response

8/25/2023 a deposit of $2000 cash was put down in person on a 10x20 garden shed with approximate delivery date 3-9 weeks. It is now going on 14 weeks, I have been told different times different build dates. I called the office for a refund considering I was told after 14 weeks my shed is still not on the production floor. I was told 15 weeks for a refund but there was no one available to speak to regarding a refund. I left a message for someone to call me back regarding starting the refund process and I have not received a response regarding a refund at this point. The **** and ** Attorney General have been contacted this week regarding this issue. There is no way of resolving this issue at this time, the company is not cooperating.Initial Complaint

On 7/8/2023 I ordered a shed that I paid $3500 for in cash. I was told 2 weeks and its been several months. I have called repeatedly and always given a different explanation as to why I dont have the shed. I have been telling them since the 1st week in September that I want my money back. I was told it would take 12 weeks. Then about a month ago I was told it would be delivered the week of November 6th. No shed. Called 4 more times since then and told the shed has not been built. Once again I told them I want my money back I dont want the shed. I was told once again the owner is not in and would call me back. No call returned. ******************************* is the women who sold ** the shed. I just want my money back asap. This company is a scam.Business Response

I ordered 2 sheds on June 3rd 2023, they told me delivery would be in August! I called to find out why I hadn't heard from them and they said they were behind and September 11th was my new date. I wasn't happy as I had peacocks that had to go outside and that's what one of the 2 sheds were for. I waited, only to call in September and them to say First week of October. They promised the very latest!!! October has come and gone. They told me it was on the building floor mid October and they would call when it was built. It's now November12th and I havent heard a peep! I either want a full refund or my sheds!!! I had to build a temporary enclosure for my peacocks, but it won't last long before they outgrow it!!! I need both sheds 2months ago!!! Oh yea and I tried to warn people under their post on ******** only to be blocked! Wish I had checked BBB before I gave them 3,623$!! I feel like I have been more then patient! If this isn't resolved soon, small claims court is next, But really hope we don't have to go that far.Business Response

My wife, Erin, and I signed a contract (New Order) for a 10x20 garden/utility shed on 17April2023. My wife drove to the place of business and paid full $3,736.25, including the price of the shed ($3,500), delivery ($20), and tax ($216.25). The order form shows $0 balance. The contract indicated 3-10 weeks for delivery, with a "due" date of 26June2023. We started to contact them in early July because the delivery date was missed. We have called and talked with the company no fewer than a dozen times. Sometimes we left messages, most times they would call us back, however, they never had a direct answer on the status of the shed being built or the delivery date. About 2-3 weeks ago I told them that I was going to contact the BBB and if there was no resolution after that I was going to consider legal action. The delivery of the shed is now 5 months late. Last time I spoke with them, on 2 November, I told them that winter was approaching and that may complicate their delivery.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction 9/20/23. Timber Creek Structures was paid in full $1,601.25 for an 8 x12 shed Serial Number 812U that was to be delivered to Huntsburg at no charge. Shed was already prebuilt. The shed has never been delivered. I have made over 15 phone calls and drove to their business location, left several messages and spoke to them personally. They just keep giving excuse after excuse. They have called a couple times to ask if I will be home to deliver the shed, I have always said yes and waiting around all day long for them to never show up.
