      We ordered a shed from Timber Creek Structures in ********** with a delivery time of 1-3 weeks. We called multiple times last week and kept getting the run around. When we called this morning we were told by the receptionist that they had not started building yet and had no timeline. When We called back and requested to speak with a manager. When we received a call back he was extremely dismissive and kept cutting me off and told me i could just have my money back. When we called back to cancel we were told that we would be charged a 25% cancellation fee of $1,000. There have been reports online of people getting the run around for over a year and some who still have not received their purchase. This company is scamming people out of money and not delivering on their end of the order. I would like assistance in resolving this issue as I am absolutely not paying a $1,000 fee to cancel a building which has not even started being built and is passed the expected delivery time.

      Drove an hour there on 2/23/23 and ordered my shed gave them a **** deposit was told 3-6 weeks called them after 6 weeks and they said the salesman put the wrong date on the invoice so they said they will get on it immediately and they still haven't drove back up there in July and talked to the owner personally and he told us it would be done after the 4th he called me and told me personally that it would be delivered the second week of July and still no shed call them twice a week and they keep giving bogus excuses and telling me it will be delivered the next week 7 months later and no shed sad part is they are still advertising their sheds barns and decks for sale

      Date of transaction 4/20/2023 purchased a shed from this company paid in cash in full. Instructed that the shed would be delivered in **** weeks. I waited till 13 weeks to call and find out and estimated time when I was instructed multiple times that my invoice was on the owners desk i asked for a call back to confirm date and never recieved one. So every 3-4 days i continued to call and get the same answer. Was not until I asked either for a refund or a date after multiple weeks of calling and also being told lies that one person said the owner was on vacation. Then the person I dealt with on ******** and in person told me that was a lie and that the owner is in every Friday. Also asked for the accounting person number and was told by the office that it's the owner, come to find out that from the person that I dealt with on ******** told me it's the owners wife. After receiving a date of 9/11/2023 of delivery I waited at home all day and did not receive a call nor shed. Attempted to call business today with no answer.

      Useful details:Transaction date 9/12/2022 Timber Creek Structures has been paid $3013.22 Utility Shed 14x20 within **** weeks It has been a year and still not delivered the shed that has been paid for. Want a refund for the deposit that was paid. Per the agreement if the shed has not been built, I am *********** a full refund.I have called NUMEROUS times and left NUMEROUS voicemails. They always say my shed is next in line to built. At this point I just want a refund. I have not received any communication in the last month after I left messages.

      We ordered a 10x16 foot shed on May 27, 2023 I put down $2000 that same day. The total was $3362.63. The day we ordered the shed, we were told the shed would be finished and delivered within **** weeks. It is now Sept 8, 2023. I called August 7 for an eta and was told by ******** the note on my order form says the week of August 28th. So I waited for a call. No call. I call the week after. It took me calling several people, several times to even get a call back. Then when she called back, I was told, you will get a call this week for delivery. That week came and has gone. No call. Again I'm trying to track down these people to find out what's going on. I either want my shed before Sept. 18th or my money back. I should have read the reviews before ordering. My next step is to go in to the office and speak face to face about it.

      Timbercreek Structures took my deposit on 4/29/2023. There was a 10 week lead time. As of 9/07/2023 I have been told it's ready, or awaiting windows, or in production and we'll call you. I simply want my shed built and delivered.

      I purchased a shed from Timber Creek Structures on 09/07/22. I was told 10-16 weeks for delivery. I made an initial payment of $1864.64 on 09/07/22.

      On 11/15/22 I called to make a second payment. I was told that their credit card machine wasn’t working so I needed to pay via Venmo. So on 11/15/22 I made my second payment of $1864.64 via Venmo to someone in their office named Lana Pistory with a note that it was “2nd payment of 14x20 garden/garage”.

      In February of 2023 the owner promised me delivery by end of March (which would be 32 weeks as opposed to 10-16 weeks)

      On 02/23/23 the office called informing me that my shed would be built and delivered the 3rd week of March. (I have this voicemail saved)

      In June I was promised again that delivery was happening in a week. (9 months waiting now)

      On 08/24/23, after waiting nearly a year, I canceled the order. I’m told that a refund will take 3 months and that I’ll be charged a 25% restocking fee. This is absolutely unacceptable! I waited a year and received nothing. They never even built my shed and now they want to charge me a restocking fee and take another 3 months to process a refund. This company needs to be shut down. They are a scam. I will be filing a claim with the Attorney General’s Office of Ohio demanding a full refund to be processed immediately.

      I purchased a shed from this company around 2020-2021. Ever since the purchase I have been experiencing water infiltration. I have tried to caulk a few areas on the roof. Is attempted to put a shield above one of the doors and am still unable to stop the water from coming in. At the rate this is going this shed will not last us 5 years due to rot.

      On May 23, 2023, I signed a contract with Timber Creek Structures where I gave a $2000 deposit on a shed. ******************************* was the employee who helped me, and she told me that it would take between 4-6 weeks for my shed to be delivered. The contract says **** weeks, she even has it noted "Aug 1- 10 weeks." I had been trying to get in contact with someone to see when it would be done, but no one ever answers my calls, so I went in person and the owner told me that they would have it delivered the 22nd. My boss called as well and they told her it would be delivered the 25th. I called today to confirm what time they would deliver, but they said that my shed hasn't even been built, that my order was not fulfilled and they would let me know when it was ready. The contract says the deposit is nonrefundable, and I already had invested $1000 into getting my yard leveled as that is what they told me I needed to get the shed. So I want the shed, but I am sick of the excuses and no contact, but if I can't get the shed then I want an immediate refund, I will not wait **** weeks for my money back. If I get a refund then I will have wasted the money in leveling my yard.

She told me there was a **** on the 5th of September but she didnt know what for. So what day will it be?

      Purchased an 8' x 12' storage shed on March 24th, 2023. Total price of $1,590.00 and put $800.00 cash down payment the day of the order in person. Timber Creek Structures committed to a 3 - 8 week delivery time. As of today, August 7th, 2023 I have not received the structure. Many phones calls have taken place with the company continually pushing the delivery date back. Was contacted by the Business owner *** on June 30th, 2023 and was told that delivery would take place no later than July 9th, 2023. Delivery was never scheduled and I have not heard from the company since then with no response from phone calls and voicemails. The business has not attempted to resolve the late delivery and breach of contract.
