      I order a shed from timber creek structure over two months ago and I keep getting excuse why they did not start building my shed as of this date or delivered it as of date 8/30/2023 all I keep getting is promises and excuses from and promises from sales people *******, ***, ***** and the owner *** when speaking with *** he gave me attituded and said if I cancel my order he will keep 25% of my deposit of $1,400.43 and they keep changing my delivery date also I never signed a contract that they promise to send me all ******* did was send me a text message of my order and one picture she sent me of my order on top the date is ****** out and change to another saying due date 8/10/2023. I hope I am not being scam out of my money I gave them. I am reaching out to you about this concern because now I reading there is a lot of complaints about this company that has been filed against them and I'm hoping I'm not becoming another being taking of advantage of. Thank you for reading my concerns.

      On 4/17/23 I purchased a utility shed from Timber Creek Structures. I was told I was required to put 1/2 the total cost of the shed down as a deposit and the balance COD. I was given a build and delivery date of 4-8 weeks from the 4/17 purchase date. On 6/15 my new home purchase was confirmed and I wanted to update the colors of my new shed if at all possible. I called to inquire if it was possible, or if it was too late and the shed had been build. I was told that it was not to late as my shed was going to production the following Monday 6/19. I was told it would take approx a week to be built and painted, that it would be delivered the following week and they would call me closer to the date that it would be delivered to give me an exact delivery date & time. I heard nothing from the company for over 2 weeks. Between 7/8/23 - 7/12/23 I called multiple times and left multiple messages for someone to call me back to get an update. I received no return calls. I finally called again on 7/12/23 and spoke to *******. I explained to ******* that we were well past my expected delivery date, and I had made a deposit for over $1,400. She said she my shed was done but they were down to one delivery truck. She would talk with the owner *** and get me on the schedule the following week. She would call me over the week to confirm as he does the coming weeks delivery schedule on Saturday evenings. On 7/19/23 I called and spoke with ***** and explained to her what ******* had told me and that I had not heard from her yet. ***** was rather rude and basically told me she doesn't know why I was told that because my shed has not even been built yet, then basically rushed me off the phone almost outright handing up on me.

      2-11-23 paid 5,500 cash for a shed that was advertised as must take immediate delivery. After continuous phone calls and cancellations still no shed. I have been mainly working with Sandy and now she wont even return my calls or texts. Beyond frustrated.

      I purchased a lofted shed building from them on 3-22-2022 and paid in full $4,003.13. I had to pay it in full so that I would get the sale price. As of yet I have not received delivery of this shed. I keep getting excuses as to the reason for not getting it. First it was labor issues then it was weather issues and now I’m being told that when they have a delivery date they will call me. I was told when I bought it that it would be 6-8 weeks, well now it’s been 16 months.

      I ordered a building from this company 9/2/22. I have yet to receive building. I’ve been given numerous delivery dates that have always fell through. I paid half of the purchase price as a down payment. I was originally told a delivery date of 12 weeks.

      A 10' x 20' Wooden Shed was ordered and paid in full on April 2,2023. Invoice 913 U, with a promised delivery date of 3-4 weeks. The amount was $3736.25. EVERY week I am on the phone with a Sandy, as allegedly my original Sales contact "Cheyenne" no longer works for the company. Sandy lies to me on every phone call. Am excuse every week. As of this writing, it has been 13 weeks and still no shed or full refund. Fell free to contact me at 440-474-2780 for more in depth details on the excuses or provided lies. Can the Ohio AG go after this owner?

      In August 2022 I was sold a 12/8 Shed that was contractually promised to be delivered in 6-8 weeks from the time of purchase for $1500.00 plus tax if paid up front.

      I fulfilled my obligation of payment that same day in August for $1531.01
      It’s been more then 10 months and I still have not received my product.

      I have spoke to an employee once or twice a month since November 2022 and just get empty promises that it will arrive soon.

      At the beginning of May I was told by the owner it would be here within 10 days and now, when I talk to an employee, they are telling me there is no record of it even being built yet.
      I was told on June 26th I would get a call back the next day with an explanation and now I’m not receiving a call back.

      I ordered a shed on September 2022 and was told the shed would get done in 8 to 12 weeks. Called them back in December of 2022 and was told they're backed up and will get the shed done as soon as possible. Finally on march of 2023, I got a call and was given a date of April 2023. Never heard from them by the end of April and called again, they said they would get it delivered in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, still no shed. I called them every week of may 2023 and was given the same response of it being delivered "next week". Memorial Day comes and they said because of the holiday it will be pushed back again. It's now end of June and it's still not here. I've called tons of times and every time I get the same response; they're building it now and they will deliver it next week, trucks broke down, no available trucks for delivery until all loaded trucks come back, or that the shed is being delivered on such and such day of the week and NOTHING. They received over $1000 down and nothing to show for it. There seems to be more excuses every time for why it hasn't been delivered. I have tried and tried to be patient but it's getting ridiculous at this point. How is the shed supposedly done, yet they still can't deliver it? From all the reviews, it seem this company is a scam. I paid through a credit card, so my next step is to call my credit card company and dispute this charge since I never receive the product.

      Gave a deposit of over $3000 for two sheds on March 17th 2023. Was promised to be delivered 4-6weeks.

      After 6 weeks passed I have called every week with receiving nothing but “it will be 2-3weeks” each week with not decreasing time line. Until I called June 27 2023 and they said they no longer can give a timeline of when it will be built.

      I dont understand how this company is still in business.

      I am starting to work with a ATTORNEY office to begin a Law suit.

      I hope this company will Deliver my orders to make it easier than it needs to be.

      We ordered a 12x20 shed in June 24 2022. Paid half down right away of $2,400.
      We were told it would be 8-12weeks before we received it. Checked in multiple times after that 12 week timeframe and was told, (when you could actually get ahold of someone) it was not built yet, they were behind because of COVID and nobody wanted to work. Winter came and gone and come springtime, we finally got ahold of some girl at the office and said that we could expect delivery on May 8th: May 8th came and gone no call no nothing, finally got ahold of someone in the office and she informs us it was being built on May 8th.
      We had been calling for weeks checking in on status and nobody returns the phone calls. The owners “wife” made contact around May 22 and said that we would have our shed within a week. June 22 we got a text to call and schedule delivery- my husband called right away and they said they would be out between 10-12, 11:45 they call saying the hose broke on their truck and the same thing happened yesterday to their other truck but they would still be bringing the shed that day. No call, no show, called the office, the lady couldn’t get ahold of the driver.
      Called this morning June 23- lady wasn’t sure where the driver was. Got a call saying the truck was in the shop and it may be today or Monday for delivery.
      After reading other reviews yesterday, that seems to be their story with the trucks.
      I just want my shed- we have been patient and polite this whole time.
