On 11-6-23, I ordered and paid in full ******* for 1224 shed. Was suppose to be delivered Jan 1st 2024. The first time scheduled. Many others dates, but nothing ever came. We want a shed or we will be going too a lawyer. We will not play your "date" game againBusiness Response

I ordered and paid 1/2 up front for a 8 x12 shed on Jan 8. They said 8-12 week delivery time. I have followed up multiple times and they keep saying it won’t be long. I am tired of there excuses. I want my refund. It was suppose to be 1/2 up from front and 1/2 when it’s delivered. This is horrible business .Initial Complaint

I purchased a shed cash $2000 from timber Creek structures on Baldwin Avenue. I dealt with the sales associate name Ralph I have called and left three different voicemails. I have emailed them and I have message Ralph twice. I’m getting no return phone calls. No the return email message said contact them tomorrow by phone, Ralph messaged me and told me they’re not in on weekends that they are only there during the weekday till 3 PM. Try them tomorrow I did I’m getting nothing. I also paid for $250 ramp to come with my shed. They told me 3 to 6 weeks. It is now going on and a half weeks and I can’t even get an answer back. I think I was scammed by reading all the other messages and that on the Better Business Bureau website.Business Response

On 10/12/2023 I purchased a utility shed measuring 12x20. I was promised delivery in 3-8weeks in writing. In December of 2023 I contacted Timber creek structures and was informed delivery would now take place on Dec 7th 2023. I then made numerous attempts to contact Timber Creek structures throughout the month of December and never had a phone call returned or answered. In January I was finally able to connect with Timber Creek and was again informed delivery would take place sometime in march. Again *** made numerous attempts to contact Timber Creek and have been ignored. I was finally able to make contact with Timber Creek and was again promised a delivery date of April 12th. When the delivery did not take place I contacted Timber Creek and was promised delivery the following week. I recently contacted Timber Creek and was told they would let me know when they could deliver.Business Response

I purchased my cabinette Dec. 11, 2023. I cashed out (7500$) ***** at the ******* location said it will be delivered in 1 - 3 weeks. No delivery. Been calling numerous of times and no update. ***** called April 3 2024 and told me that it will be delivered on April 12, 2024 no delivery. *** called me and told me it will be delivered the week of April 22, 2024. Its April 26. 2024. Nothing has been delivered. Been calling all week no answer. I've left messages no call back. How are these people still in business defrauding all of us consumer. Order a 10x16 Gazebo and paid full on February 8th, was told it would be delivered 6-10 weeks. Call office and sales person several times. Never any answer at the office, always goes to voices mail. Finally got a call from office on 4-15-24 and was told gazebo would be built on19th & 20th Friday and Saturday with a delivery early the follow week. Called Monday with no answer I drove to the warehouse and my gazebo is not even built yet. I asked the Manager when I have not got a phone call yet and he said, because he doesn’t have an answer for me, I Told the manager my next call would be to the Ohio attorney general. on October 25th 23 I purchased a 10X12 storage building from Timber Creek Structures in Warren Ohio. The building was already build and setting on the lot. I looked it over and paid 2,000.00 Dollars for the building. I was told that it would be delivered in two to three weeks. After the shed did not arrive in that time frame I began calling to see what the problem was. I was told that their truck broke down. Every time I called I was giving another excuse for why it hadn't been delivered. I was then informed that they had sold the shed I bought to someone else and was going to build another one for me and include a free ramp for the delay. on 3/15/24 I was told that the building was on the floor being built. They are now not returning my calls. I was not surprised to see so many complaints given my experience.Initial Complaint

Ordered a shed for our Sportsman's club, Lake Tomahawk Sportsman’s Club, on November 9th, 2023. Paid in full with a written delivery date of January 6th. It is now April 8th and still no shed. Have called too many times to count only to be told paperwork is on boss's desk waiting to be built. Requested a refund and told the person I was speaking to couldn't cancel order and it would be 8-12 weeks before check could be mailed. On Nov. 21-2023, I paid in full for a shed that had estimated delivery of 3-10 weeks. Tomorrow will be 20 weeks and I still have no idea when if ever, I will get my shed. Have called numerous times and just keep getting told my paperwork is on their desk! At one point, they gave me an expected delivery of the week of January 30-2024. Well as of today, April 8th 2024, I am still no closer to finding out if and when my shed will be delivered. Was told 3 weeks ago , that they were going to give me a FREE ramp and get it to me within 10 days, but they would call me before delivering. Contacted the Artorney General today to let them know what is happening. Also have a phone call into my lawyer. I am ready to cancel and buy elsewhere. I should have read their reviews first. I placed an order for a shed 11/10/2023 with a promised 8 week turnaround time and still have not received it. I have made several phone calls to the office for status and they have not provided me with a satisfactory answer.
