Ordered shed from Keith 7/3/23. Told it would be 3-10 weeks. Paid in full, $3,922. (check attached) 3-10 weeks passed so I reached out. (notes attached)
9/19 Called Keith to ask about shed. Told me to call the office, said he would also call them. Called office, no answer. Left message. Called again throughout the day, no one ever answered. Calls straight to voicemail. No one called.
9/20 Spoke with lady in office (did not get her name - my fault) She said the shed was going to the line on 11/27. I was OK with this.
11/25 Saturday - not expecting anyone to answer - I called to leave a message to confirm that the shed was going to the line on Monday.
11/27 No one returned my call on Monday so I called them. Lady said it was on the floor, would be built this week, takes about a week, will keep me posted.
12/18 Called to see why the shed didn't come; told will call me tomorrow with more info.
12/19 no call.
12/20 lady answered phone, will have secretary call me. Someone called later, they have no update, can I please call after the holidays.
1/2/24 11:52 am lady answered, promised me a call back. No call. Called back, got the after hours message, left message, lady called, said quote: "I can put you on the for the 29th". I said OK.
2/1 left message asking for call back.
2/2 called at 10:30 am, left message; received call-shed is still on the line, will get a call between 3 -5 pm the day before delivery.
2/16 lady answered, will have someone call me, no call, called again at 1:44pm, lady told me they are behind due to the holiday and weather (??) will call me back with an update - no call came; called Keith after that - he said he would let the boss know.
2-18 Tried to reach via facebook, salesman said they will help "unless u k3ep (sic) on with this nonsense" (conversation attached for proof) - no call.
2-20 called office, will have shed in 2 weeks or less
2-28 HUSBAND got call, shed will be built 3/25, sorry for the delay

I bought a shed on 12-19-23. They told me over the phone that it would be delivered in 3 weeks. When I got there and paid for it they then changed to 3-10 weeks delivery. They told me that it would be delivered on February 22. I called on February 22 and she said she didn't know when it would be delivered. I have repeatedly called and have been told by the lady that she would talk to "him" and let me know if they have a delivery date. I never get a call back and now they are not answering the phone. I paid 1601.25 for the shed which was already there and built when I paid for it.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for a 8×16 deck. Payed a down of 99$. Was told to take my current porch down. I did so as asked. Everytime I've called for 2 month they've been giving me the run around. We went to Timber creek and picked out a shed 12/12/23.we put a down payment of $1.418.59. delivery date for after the new year. They brought it on 1/23/24. While trying to put it on sight they drove it across a ditch after my husband telling them not to. One of the wheel dollys fell out and the shed dropped on one corner. They got it back up and on the wheel. They got it to the sight and as they were pushing on it with the machine they broke the ***** end of the shed. They finished putting it in and the following day we went out to look it over as it was dark and raining when they finished. It was leaking where they broke it and all the windows and the opposite ***** end was all wet. We called and I sent pictures and the video to them. 2/2/24 they sent a repair man out and we were told that it was ruined it would never be straight. The repair man called the company and told them. After this they stopped taking our calls and only text me they are working on it. They said they were going to send someone else out for a second opinion. My husband left them message's telling them to come and get it it's junk. No response . I texted them and they said they would call me 2/10/24. Nothing at all since.please helpBusiness Response

I purchased a 12x24 Garage from TimberCreek Structures on 11/2/23. I received delivery of the shed by 11/16/24. Unfortunately, the garage door on the structure had a faulty/broken garage door tensioner. The garage door tensioner rod that allows the main garage door to open and close was bent and wouldn't allow the door to open and close. So I have been unable to use the garage to store the bigger items I wanted to store in there during the winter (that's why I bought this garage).I called and spoke to their customer service on 11/17/23 about this issue and sent them pictures as they requested. They understood it was delivered that way and their fault to fix. They said they would send out the technician to replace the broken tensioner.But no one ever comes to fix it.Every week I message them on the phone, and every week they reply back quickly saying they will get their technician to my property to fix the issue. And no one ever comes to fix it.It is now 2/12/23 and nobody has come to fix this issue as they promised. It's absolutely ridiculous at this point, 3 months later, when they continually make and break promises to get this resolved. I have all the pictures of the broken tensioner I sent them back on 11/17/23 and all the messages where the empty promises told me not to worry and that this would get fixed right away.Business Response

I found a chicken coop that was being advertised by ******************************* at Timber Creek Structures that I wanted to purchase. They gave me a custom built option so I went with that. They received my money 11/13/23 and my contract says 3-6 weeks. I called 10 weeks later after not hearing anything and after many calls and finally a call back they said a truck was broke down and theyre behind on the builds. I understand, as Im an understanding person. They told me it would now be end of January, beginning of February. It is now February 9th, ************************** that they still have not started the build and a refund would take 12 weeks. ******* will not answer my text messages anymore and ***** just keeps saying she will check. I have chickens living in a GARAGE because I took their word that my coop would be here at a reasonable time. Communication is key, especially when they have almost $1200 of mine. I thought they were a reputable company until reading all the terrible reviews on the internet and now Im thinking Ive been scammed. If my shed isnt here in 3 weeks, I will be taking court action. On Sept 9, 2023, I met with ***** at Timber Creek Structures ********** lot and ordered a 6x8 shed to be delivered in 3 to 8 weeks. I paid $1601.25 in full that day. After 5 week and no sign of delivery pending, I called and added a request to my contract. That a message be left on my home phone with delivery information. I was informed if I didnt answer when they called for delivery, my delivery would be sent to the end of the list. I'm an 84 year old women, my family helps me and I will need their assistance on delivery day. Had I known this was the way Timber Creek handled business I would not have purchased from them. First impression was not true to form in this case. In November, 2 months after we were there and ordered my Shed. we made a trip back to the lot, ***** was there, but he was unable to give me any information as to why my building wasn't finished. I received a call December 22nd telling me it had gone to production and would be delivered in 2 weeks. Jan 5th, I called for an update, the receptionist was unavailable, I had been told she is the ONLY one who has any information and unfortunately she rarely had answers or returns calls. I'm still waiting..Today is January 29th, so I called today....the update is.... The contract is laying on the desk. It DIDNT go to start construction in December like the call had indicted. I was informed they were behind and partly that was due to the cold weather. And that they would be in touch. I'm a senior citizen, I don't have money to burn. I was purchasing this new shed to protect my personal belonging from the weather. I can't afford to buy another I pray my belongings aren't damaged waiting for my building. I purchased in Sept. Plenty of time for completion before the weather changed.Hoping for a positive outcome soon.Business Response

On October 21st 2023 I went out to Timber Creek and met with ***** to order a shed and chicken coop. We paid ***** $5,500 in full for both structures and were told it would be delivered in 2-6 weeks. Six weeks came and went so I contacted Timber Creek through ******** asking for an update and the response I was given was "NO IDEA." My wife and I have both contacted the office multiple times and asked for an update and it is the same "we are a little behind" answer every time. Office never calls back even after they say they will talk to the owner. The last call placed to the office we were told "It has not been built yet and don't know when it's going to be built." The business even blocked my wife on ******** because her and another customer were talking about this issue.Business Response

All of a sudden now they are on the way when last week they couldn't tell me when they would be built? I do not believe or trust that. I don't know who responded to this complaint from the business saying they talked to me multiple times but the only person I have talked to since purchasing in october has been *****. I just want my $5,500 cash returned and be on my way.

Purchased coop on 9/11/23.Within 1 month, water was leaking inside the coop coming from the nesting boxes.The company took more than 2 weeks send someone to fix the problem.Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed, or whatever temporary solution now is broke again.Ive called timber creek letting them know we have water coming in again. Its been over two weeks with no solution.Now, we have water coming in from the roof/ceiling and mold growing.Weve had 3 chickens die. I paid cash for a shed 10x16 lofted gallery blue painted serious grey on 11-16-2023 to be delivered in three weeks, sales person Heather Franklin serial number 1016L. 234-228-4581 keeps referring me to Sandy 330-766-3476 at the office, her phone is blocked so she used another number 330-301-2492 and her response is I will check and get back to you. I actually on market place sent Tim the owner a message and he told me to call the office. No date and no communication for delivery. I was told because I paid cash I could get it in three weeks.
