      I ordered a building from Timber Creek Structures in **** on 10/8/22 and paid half down but can not get them to deliver the building. Every time I call them they say it's being built or they will have to check and get back to me and never do. I'll get a call every few months saying that it is going to be delivered and then it never shows up.

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  ** I want to note that they have told me over half a dozen times that they were going to deliver the building and even called saying it was coming in 5 days and then the same week in the next two days and still not bring it.  When I would call back, they would either say it is in the queue to be built still, or I have no idea and I will have to call you back and never would. **

      On April 29, 2023 a Timber Creek Structure Representatives named ***** took a down-payment of $1200 dollars from me and promised to deliver a Gazebo to me within 4-6 weeks. My calls and complaints to the company since last summer have gone unresolved..

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, which stated that they will build me a new gazebo & offer me a $300 dollar discount off the balance & deliver the gazebo within 2 weeks from 1/16/24, and I find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I paid $1500 up front to get a half price shed built and delivered. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery and that was over 3 weeks ago. ****** girls are the nastiest people I have ever dealt with in my life. As of now they can't even tell.me when they will begin to build my building. I want my shed delivered asap

      on 10-04-2023 i paid for in full $3750.00 for a 12 x 20 barn syle building with partial loft. after many many phone calls and different excuses everytime as to why i havent received it yet here is where i am at. i was told by ****** at purchase the building would be delivered in 8 weeks. we are now going on 13 weeks. ***** did tell me it hasnt even been started yet on construction. i have terminal cancer and told ***** this and said i needed asap so that i could finish the inside for my wife ( she shed) before i am gone. the last phone conversation ***** said january 5th she would get the schedule and let me know. is this just another excuse? i just want the building i paid for in full delivered. *** the owner i have never been able to talk to as he is always unavailable.

      09/09/2023 I spoke with Keith cullison sales rep for timber creek structures to order a 14ft by 24ft garage. Keith informed me that it would be 13 weeks to build and deliver the shed I wanted, but he has a 12ft x 28ft garage sitting on his lot at 3903 Belmont ave, Youngstown Ohio that he could sell me for $5000 cash and it would be delivered in 3 to 7 weeks. To me having the shed that much sooner made up my mind that I would take it even though it wasn't the size or color I wanted. My family and I drove up to Keith's lot that same day (09/09/23) and I was able to inspect the shed inside and out, it looked great to me, I signed the paperwork and handed Keith $5000 cash as I was told.

      4 weeks later (10/10/23) I called the office to get an update on delivery time, I spoke with Tim and was told that it was on schedule and would be delivered by the end of October.

      After not hearing anything about the garage I contacted the office again and spoke with Tim on 11/07/23, at this time I figured out how the business was run, I asked about getting a refund as I needed the garage, he said "sure but there will be a 50% cancelation fee" along with many excuses. So afraid to lose $2500 by canceling I agreed to wait as he told me delivery will be the following week or the beginning of the next.

      12/02/23 after not hearing anything yet again I made another call and got the answer of within a couple weeks.

      12/11/23 I found a picture in one of their Facebook adds of my shed delivered to someone else's property, I texted Keith cullison the sales rep and asked if my shed was still sitting on his lot he replied "no it was picked up last week to prepare for delivery" which i already knew that was a lie and the picture I found of the shed on another property still had green leaves on the trees which in December does not happen.

      12/12/2023 I spoke to Tim yet again, he confirmed the shed had been sold and delivered and told me they would build another and deliver in the next 2 week

      I purchased a 10 x 16 foot building on August 5th 2023. I was told it would take 2 to 8 weeks to be delivered. At the 7th week, I received a call that they were behind schedule and had to push my delivery back an additional 8 weeks and would be around Thanksgiving. I have called 1 to 2 times each week and still do not have a delivery date. This was all paid upfront and I have not received any resolution from calling the company. Each call I am told they are sorry and for the last 3 weeks I have been told it should be delivered next week.

      We purchased a 8x12 shed from Timber Creek on July 6, 2023. The sales person was Heather Franklin. We paid $1601.25 in cash, we received a receipt and a approximate delivery (free delivery) of 3 to 10 weeks. After 12 weeks I called to see if the shed would be coming soon. I was told it was not even built. At 14 weeks we called and were told that the shed was being built and would be delivered in two weeks. After another 3 weeks with no calls or contact I once again called and was told they had no idea when I would get my shed. Ten days ago I called the office (330-766-3476) and was told by the secretary that all rent to own sheds are built first. I finally spoke to a woman named Sandy and she promised my shed would be delivered in 10 days. This being the thenth day, and no word from Timber Creek, I called them once again. I was told Sandy was not in. I demanded to talk to someone in charge and recieved the number for Kieth (330-984-8408). I called Kieth and he promptly told me he was just a salesman and could not help me. I then called Timber Creek office again and told the secretary she had given me a salesman to contact, she said that Kieth is the primary boss of the company.
      It is a complete run around and they send you to person to person.
      I asked for a refund, they said it would be 8 to 12 weeks and would not even tell me how to get one or whom to speak with.

      We purchased a pre-made porch/deck for the front of our house and we paid a down payment of $1300. We were told 3-8 weeks for delivery. When the time got close I called to check on it and was told by ***** it would be delivered the week of Nov 25th. Nov 20th I called them again because I saw online that they were closed that week and I was told they were running behind and it would be few more weeks. Nov 27th I called ******************* who is the owner and asked him how they could build so many to sell on their different locations and not mine, he said he would check on it and call me back, A ********* called me back instead and said they were not sure when they would get ours done. I talked to ***** about a refund and she told me if I asked for a refund it would take 12 weeks and they would keep 25%. We still don't have our porch and no word on when we will get it since no one calls you back. They are fast to take your money and slow to deliver.

      I purchased a 8x12 shed on 8/15/2023 from this company and was given a receipt stating that I would receive the shed in 3 to 8 weeks. It has now been 17 weeks and I have still not received my shed I called after 9 weeks and was told it would be a few more weeks and I stopped in the store where I purchased the shed and was told you are in the wrong place but he would take my name and number and pass it along so someone would call me back and have heard nothing. After reading all the complaints about this company I wish I had seen them before dealing with these people. I am a retired man with just my social security to live on and can not afford to be taken advantage of like this. This company should ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people this way they should be put out of business.

      We ordered a shed in August 2023, paid in full with order. They said our shed would come 3-6 weeks, then they moved it out another few weeks, then they promised it end of November. It is now 12/7, no shed and they refuse to give us our money back. Every time we call for an update, they say they will call back and then when they call back, they say they are just a “little” behind. Complete scam and they still $4000 from us.
