Took over 4 months(June to present; October) to do roof, siding and gutters. Caught 100s literally 100s of mistakes throughout the job and it’s still not complete. Gutters improperly installed, over flowing and flooding the gardens/yard. They siding crew punctured my HVAC line and had to refill refrigerant. Drip edge was peeled up and redone 3 times, now dozens of shingles are lifting in the wind and not sealing. Wood trim work has taken 10+ attempts to install. Nails and material throughout the yard after “completion” where kids and pets could get hurt. The shingles look like waves and very uneven, gutter crew does not respond and very unprofessional. When asked to correct mistakes they will do bare minimum to cover up errors. Very untimely with scheduling and complete the job as quick and cheaply as possible. Would never use again

Hi Mr. ******, the reason it took your job so long to complete is because of the many requests you continued to ask for after work was done. Your complaint as to the roof installation was unfounded, we hired an independent home inspector to look at the roof and according to the inspector, the installation was done correctly. Also when the roof was completed you were seen on top of the roof with a leaf blower and then complained that the shingles weren't sealing. In addition, you asked us for additional woodwork that wasn't listed in your contract and as a courtesy, we assisted you with drain work, something that was not on your contract. Every time you've called someone has shown up to assist you and even as of tomorrow, there is someone going to your home to complete additional work.Review fromLisa C

1 starWildwood did not order enough singles to complete only 2/3 of the job. The remaining shingles were delivered 2 days later but nobody has come out to install them. A week has passed and I haven't seen an installer. **** at Wildwood says he will get to it when a skylight for the property next door comes in.
