    Great workmanship by the Bath Depot team! Our installer, Paul, was incredibly friendly & informative and is a true craftsman in his field. Everyone we worked with throughout the entire experience was very responsive to our inquiries and questions which we greatly appreciated also!

    Our bathtub replacement project just completed and we are happy with the results. Jack, Ed, and Rory are the people we interacted with and they were all kind and professional. We had a snag with our sliding door which required them to order a new one.
    While we waited for that to come in they purchased a curtain rod and liner for us and made sure everything was usable. We had no issues. Once it came it was a 1-day job and it looks great. Ed took time to make adjustments to our shower head so we could adjust the angle more than we could when it was initally installed. We appreciated the attention to detail.

    We just had Bath Depot come out to provide improvements to our bathroom! We made updates to our tub & shower space with all new fixtures and surround materials, as well as adding a brand new vanity & flooring! We are very happy with all of our choices, and very appreciative of the professionalism & customer service displayed by this great local company!

    Our experience with Bath Depot from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful. We had just had a horrible experience with another company (********* ******* ******) for a window installation and it was such a relief to have such a different experience with our tub / shower install.
    Our salesperson / Project Manager (Paul) was straightforward about the price (no gimmicks) with absolutely no pressure to make the sale on our initial meeting. He always responded back in a timely manner to any questions or concerns. There was no pressure on scheduling when the materials were ready, as we were still trying to finalize some issues with the window company.
    Bath Depot personnel responded frequently with reminders and updates. The installer (Paul) was amazing. He tackled the entire job (solo) and the final product was amazing. He took his time and did it right. No shortcuts - used mortar at the base of the tub. Excellent job!
    At the completion of the two-day install, Paul, the project manager, returned to complete an inspection of the final project and to answer questions. The quality and stress-free experience of this install was well worth the reasonable price. We can tell that this is a company with integrity that takes pride in their work. We highly recommend Bath Depot.

    Bath Depot is a company that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new shower. Everyone who I've interacted with throughout the entire process is both friendly and knowledgeable, the showroom is up to date with all of the products they use, and the end result was wonderful. I love my new shower!

    Bath Depot did a wonderful job on my tub to shower conversion. Paul the installer was very courteous and extremely hard working. He kept me updated on the project and had really helpful suggestions. My bathroom was spotless when he left!
