  Bath Depot isn’t as good as reviews have observed….After numerous attempts for a receipt for our new shower a few months ago..They refused to issue one..Here the warranty promised isn’t valid without a receipt…I suppose we’re we re S. O. L..Also upon completion of a new shower they left my basement valve open enough to soak the basement floor..I’m 92 years old and I don’t need to injure myself mopping after someone who is careless..

  We had a bathtub/shower completely redone by Bath Depot and had an excellent experience. The entire process, from the consultation, through installation was seamless and the final product is perfect.
  The upfront pricing was honored and during demolition it was discovered that the subfloor was in terrible condition and required replacement. The job took 2 days and the installers were outstanding.
  They left everything spotlessly clean when they were done.

  I had a very ugly old bath/shower and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the new and beautiful replacement shower. Paul the Project Manager explained everything clearly during the selection process and both Paul and Ed our installers did a wonderful job. They made sure the dust was controlled and the stairs and hallway were protected with tarps. When I'm ready to upgrade another bathroom I will call Bath Depot.

  The wife and I are very pleased with bath depot. We had a walk in shower installed to replace old jetted tub. Paul, our Project Manager, listened to what we were looking for and did not try to us to install additional items we did not want. He also gave us a few days to make our decision to go ahead with the project and not have to decide that day, like another company wanted us to do, to proceed with the project. He also let us know what to expect when the installers came, and although most projects take 2 days, some times it may take longer depending on what problems may occur once the old tub and surrounding walls are removed. Our installers, another Paul and his helper Ed, were excellent during the installation. They laid down tarps and constantly vacuumed and swept to keep the dust down while tearing out the old bath and installing the new shower assembly, sink and vanity. They were also helpful in answering questions we had during the removal and installation. We were so happy with all the people associated with Bath Depot that we referred them to a friend who also had had her bath updated by Bath Depot.
  Thank you Paul, Paul and Ed for giving us a great update on our bathroom and we will recommend Bath Depot to anyone updating their bathroom.

  I had a shower/tub combo removed and a shower installed. The job took two days. Everyone involved in the process was friendly and professional. Kevin and Sol were the installers and did excellent work. The quality of the materials and work were excellent. I would recommend Bath Depot.

  I absolutely loved my experience with Bath Depot! Everyone I had the pleasure of communicating with was exceptional; Paul, my Project Manager, the installers Bill Sr. & Bill Jr., Sherri & Melinda in the office, and Rory, all went above and beyond. To find a company these days that values such high customer service and professionalism is an absolute blessing! I’ve already referred so many to Bath Depot, as I have been overwhelmingly pleased with my project. Terrific company with terrific people!

  We had our circa 1949 cast iron tub removed and had a L-Shaped walk-in shower with assistive grab bars on both sides installed. My wife is currently wheelchair bound so we needed some accommodations during the installation and our installer Nick was awesome! He communicated well through the entire process. Due to the age of the space and how the tub was installed Nick had to literally jackhammer the cement slab to get things done right. We were able to work with Nick and have him come back and place the grab bars once everything set and we were able to have my wife physically get in the shower to size where she needed them, also in that time found a spot that needed to be touched up from the original installation and he took care of it with no issues and made it look even better than before!

  Wonderful experience! From office staff, to Ryan (sales), to Bill and Billy (installers), to Rory ( follow-up); everyone has been professional, reliable, and the quality of the product was great. Would recommend Bath Depot 100%. Will be using them next year, to have my master bath done.

  We are very pleased and happy with the product and service provided by Bath Depot! Our installers, Bill & Bill, were fantastic and conscientious and respectful to our property and needs; they were courteous and clean, and made sure to tidy everything up before leaving. Paul, the project manager, provided great salesmanship and exudes high professionalism and passion on the job. He never once pressured us into making any decisions which we greatly appreciated. Finally, our follow up visit by Rory was delightful; a great cap to a truly wonderful experience. He dropped off a gift basket and covered all the warranty information thoroughly! We have no problem recommending Bath Depot to anyone looking at making any update to their home!
