    I recently had a new tub and shower installed. I’m extremely pleased with the workmanship. Quality work and service from the first call through the follow-up when the job was complete. The installer, Brett, was great! He answered all my questions and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process.

    We recently made some updates to our bathroom. We chose to take the existing tub out so that it could be a more user-friendly, accommodating space. The low threshold makes it real easy to get in & out & we even added a folding seat for some additional convenience. Dab & his wife Anna did a very professional job installing the new materials. The new space is easy to clean & should stand the test of time!!

    Chris did a really nice job installing the new walk in shower that I chose to replace my outdated tub & tile surrounding. The new space feels much larger with the elimination of the tub and all of the materials are much easier to clean which saves time & i really like!! No issues or complaints here, Bath Depot is a top tier company to work with!

    Bath Depot helped me with a recent shower installation @ my home here in North Olmsted. All of the space was very helpful , particularly Jack who assisted me with making the decisions about all the colors & styles. Ed the installer and his assistant Jim did a fantastic job! I have already referred three friends to explore options with Bath Depot, too!

    Brett just finished our tub to walk in shower conversion and we are thrilled. The old tub and enclosure was not senior friendly and now we have a new, beautiful, safe, walk in shower. Our installer, Brett, was fantastic.
    He checked with us every step of the way, understood what we wanted and was very respectful of our home. Brett, William, Rick and everyone at Bath Depot have been wonderful to work with.

    Dan was a very great worker, on time and we love our bathroom, it is beautiful, and I thank him for being so meticulous & professional. The new shower walls are gorgeous, and all of the accents we chose match so well! We definitely recommend!

    Not only do we love the final look of our new shower, but appreciate the care, professionalism and attention to minor details from our installer, Dan. We also observed Dan’s support team was very responsive and similarly professional. My main concern came from inadequate communication about when our shower would be ready to be installed. However, I felt heard when expressing this concern.

    We had a full bathroom renovation. The installer, Brett, did an outstanding job. His expertise, knowledge, craftsmanship, and communication skills 5-plus stars without exception. Great person.
    Paul *****, project manager, and Rick with sales and service department were also helpful and supportive throughout entire process.
    We can confidently recommend Bath Depot for bathroom renovation. They’ve got the team to get the job done.

    Customer service was absolutely great all around from beginning to end! Everything from the very start with Paul our project manager setting up our expectations to the installers Nick & Rickey providing us with a meticulous shower renovation was truly top notch! We are very happy with the finished project & wouldn’t hesitate referring others to consider the Bath Depot team!!
