    We recently had a new shower and floor installed in our bathroom. The installer was Brett. He was outstanding with every step of the installation!! He had to problem solve numerous old home issues and had so much knowledge and expertise with each issue. He explained everything so thoroughly and professionally. Ask for Brett if you’re having work done from this company. You can be confident that he will get the job done well!

    I was in dire need of remodeling my teeny tiny bathroom as I really wanted to enhance the space. I reached out to Bath Depot & after a seamless installation by Nick & Rick, I feel as though I achieved that & then some! I love the new space and it allows me to continue to live as independently as I want; much thanks & appreciation to Bath Depot for the experience!!

    I would absolutely recommend Bath Depot to handle your bath remodel. We are VERY happy and VERY grateful for the wonderful job our installers Ed and Jim did, and all the other staff that helped make our new bathroom happen!
    Our sales person, Sean Farkas was personable, polite, helpful, and didn’t rush us when picking the different shower components. He explained all of the shower components and costs. He had physical samples of the materials they use. Sean also used all available discounts to bring the cost down to an affordable price for us.
    One of the things Bath Depot does is replace the shower pipes in the bathroom area. The pipes that they took out had a 1/2 inch layer of hair and such. The new shower drains BEAUTIFULLY now.
    The installation workers, Ed and Jim, were also fabulous! They worked tirelessly, to get everything right.
    They removed all the old 50s tile from our walls & replaced with white wainscoting. Nothing was ever bumped or damaged in the process of deconstructing the old shower/bath and adding in the new shower.
    Ed and Jim were friendly, professional, knew their stuff, and discussed things as they went so we were all on the same page. They wanted us to be happy with the finished product.
    They put down drop cloths throughout the areas they walked within the house. They were careful and respectful in all areas. They picked up all job-affiliated trash. It was very clean when they left.
    The bathroom is AMAZING!! I still can’t believe this is OUR bathroom!
    This company was great at every stage in the process! From the gal at The Bath Depot display in ******’s, who set the initial appointment, to Rick checking in and scheduling the work, to salesman Sean, and from deconstruction to shower perfecto, installers Ed and Jim who put our vision into a final beautiful reality. Thank you all! ??????????

    Danny & Anna were outstanding installers that took care of my new tub and shower surround! The same materials on the walls will be much easier to clean & maintain, and I love how updated and modern the space is now. The old space was really outdated so I'm thrilled to have worked with a company that is so professional in every facet!!

    Ed and his assistant were by far the best installers I’ve had in quite some time. The cleanup, especially, that they provided was top notch, the best that I’ve received from any other project in any other home or state I’ve lived. Will the Project Manager set up my expectations very well and assured me of timelines and services in a very professional manner. Lastly, Rory provided a wonderful and much appreciated follow up visit in which he had a survey and dropped off a gift basket! I would absolutely recommend Bath Depot to my friends and colleagues!!
