Had a shower delivered, to start driver argued with tenant about where he was going to leave the product. Additionally the driver did not allow inspection prior to pulling it off the truck. And the surround was clearly damaged.R & L Carriers, Inc.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Id leave zero stars if available. I confirmed delivery time days inadvance and took off work to sign for delivery. They call me minutes before arrival to tell me they couldnt fit their rig into my subdivision. Delivery driver was super unprofessional and rude. Called his supervisor and he wasnt much better.R & L Carriers, Inc.

I truly apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with your order. We understand how important it is for you to receive your delivery, and we take the safety of our drivers and your property very seriously. Unfortunately, both the local service center manager and the driver felt that delivering to your home in a full-size semi-trailer posed too much risk. I recognize that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and Im genuinely sorry for not meeting your expectations. What a nightmare! The delivery drive called 30 minutes out and had me drive to the drop off location. Then 5 minutes before he was about to be there he said the dispatcher told him to skip the delivery and go to the next one. They ended up coming back at 6:30 at night to our bar / restaurant. Patrick and Derrick never called me back When I called them and told them I was going to complain to the person we purchased from, Derrick said "that's fine." If you have a choice, don't use this company.R & L Carriers, Inc.

We couldn’t get our delivery in the window we had requested — which created big problems — but two people in particular made everything work out for us: Service expert Amy P and the 28- wheeler delivery man, Dave S, both out of Austin TX. They both went the extra mile for us, and we can’t thank them enough. So, even when things don’t go as originally planned, these two R+ L employees made things work for us! Horrible first time experience! I was told my package will be arriving for sure on jun-6-2024 between noon-4 ... never showed so I called .they said it would show at 630pm an still didn't show so I called again lady said I'm for SURE you are the last stop ...830 came around called again an the cleared the driver to go back to the shipping department .on top of it all I lost out on my flight to Florida bc of this so 700 for the flight down the drain bc of my package now being shippedR & L Carriers, Inc.

I purchased an AC unit. These folks attempted to deliver this to my property w no communication with me at all. They called when they were on their way, that day, but I was out of town at a funeral. Because they did not reach me, they just delivered my package on the side of the road a clear 1/3 of a mile away from my door. My package had protection on it and was supposed to be signed for. The people that work here made excuses for their behavior and never even apologized. The driver said- that is what he was told to do. The supervisor ** argued with me and said that is how they deliver these things and then saw the package was supposed to be signed for and did NOTHING to make it right. I will never allow them near my property again nor will I purchase any item that has to come here by them. They are rude and incompetent at best.R & L Carriers, Inc.

Charging Me Freight That I Already Paid In Full To The Company That I Dealt With witch was sharp south. I got a follow up call from the credit bureau that they sent the paid bill to collection. I advise anyone to use a different carrier to save themselves a headache and their credit. this company has scammed people in the past and they have 71 fraudulent claims against them with in the past year alone.R & L Carriers, Inc.

I would avoid this company **************** picked up freight from our facility, it was packaged on a custom plate to protect the shipment. The equipment cost was$32,500. During the transit time, ***** removed my equipment from the pallet it was shipped on and placed it on a standard pallet. Of course, it fell over and was damaged, they still attempted to deliver this damage unit to my customer. The shipment was refused and returned to my facility. ***** caused $6,800 in damage to the unit. They refused to pay for the damage saying they were only liable for $145.00, due to some obscure shipping rule. The level of negligence involved in this situation is incredible, but they could care less.If you are shipping feathers or something else that cannot be damaged, I think you would be fine, but if your shipment is valuable I would find another carrier.R & L Carriers, Inc.

They are unreliable. Delayed delivery by 5. Days. Got a call at 8:30 p.m. saying they are 30 mins out. Delivery of a 441 lbs box and they say they will have to drop it at the road. WHAT? They **** No calls or updates just very unreliableR & L Carriers, Inc.
