I signed an agreement with them to arrange transport of my car a month prior to my departure. The agent assured me the quote posted was reasonable and that there would be no problem. I received no communication and as my pickup window approached I was reassured that they would find a carrier. When I had no carrier 2 days into the window, the agent said I may have to pay $50 more. On the day of my departure I got a call informing me that the $900. Had to be increased to $1250 in order to get a carrier. I was stuck - had to make arrangements with a neighbor who was willing to deliver the car to the carrier several days after my departure. The pickup was then delayed an additional day and the delivery wasnt made until 5 days later. It was less than ************************************************************************** relief. I had to rent a car at the destination 3 additional days- no reduction or consideration from this company. Dont use them,

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our company, however it could have been avoided. When you booked your transport a month in advance the broker let you know that the one day window you requested was in the middle of our peak busy season and the area you were shipping from was a harder area for us to find carrier in so it might be hard for us to acquire a carrier in one day. He suggested opening up your window to a 3 day window to give us the proper time to secure a carrier. You let him know you were going to touch base with your neighbor to see if they could hold the car for you and give it over to the carrier if you were unable to be there. You called us back and booked the order for a 3 day window which you failed to mention in this review. We did get a driver for pick up and they did want more money however that is not something you had to take. You were able to say no and we could have found a carrier that would have taken it for the original amount.Review fromJan T

All went smoothly with delivery even sooner than expected. I did notice a dent in the left rear bumper that wasnt there prior to picking up the truck. I shouldve examined the truck more closely when it was delivered but it was at night and I missed it.Easy Auto Ship

Car was shipped in great condition in a covered trailer. They worked with me when a transporter had to cancel. I'm only giving 4 stars because I did have to call a few times to get updates, but they were responsive and friendly!Easy Auto Ship

Arranged transportation with Easy Auto Ship. Turns out the process was not Easy, nor did my auto ship. Booked three weeks in advance, which it turns out is pointless because they don't begin to seek transportation until your requested day. I was clear that we had a flight out the next day. The larger problem is the complete lack of communication and abysmal customer service. I chased them throughout the day for information. Precious from customer service claimed she'd call me back in "about an hour". No call came. Talked to the woman who I booked with, who bordered on rude, and claimed transport from *** is "crazy right now". Said they were working on it. Reminded them I had a flight out in the AM. Come 5 PM that day, it became apparent Easy Auto Ship was not going to deliver. I called a local guy who got me a transport that night. The following morning, i got a text from Easy Auto Ship saying they found a carrier who could be there tomorrow, but for a higher cost. I politely said no thank you, to which they replied in the text " i bet you paid a higher price for that". I didn't, but it would've been nice if someone from EAS would've indicated that was even an option. Unreliable provider. Shop elsewhere.Easy Auto Ship

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with our company. While some of the facts are true others are clearly wrong. You did book your order 3 weeks in advance however as your broker let you know in the transport business booking early does not guarantee you a driver it locks in a price, however some carrier's call in and ask for more money and we reach out to you to let you know we have a carrier to pick up on a certain day but they want more money. You are not obligated to take that offer but we do have to call and let you know that there was an offer. The order was posted to our load boards when you booked the order however due to you having a one day pick up window most carriers will not call in until a couple days before because the transport business changes by the minute. Our customer service team did reach out to you and you were told that if we found a carrier that could take it she would call you back before she left for the day. Our office is open until 2AM so you could have called back in and spoken to someone regarding this. We had carriers that were able to pick up the very next morning on 5/15 and you declined those and wanted to find your own carrier. The broker set the expectations when the order was booked that the route you were going on was a very busy route but you didn't seem to want to hear that you only wanted the order booked. We suggest when a broker sets expectations that customers understand that the broker is only trying to give information so you can plan for delays or other potential issues.Review fromthomas u

**** is great to deal with! She is personable and seems to genuinely care about her customers. The car pick up and drop off has also been very good! No damage and on time deliveries. We have used Easy Auto for 4 years now.Easy Auto Ship
