**************** is great..once you get a response from them! *** ordered multiple times from this company. *** never had an issue with shipping or quality. Recently, I received a shirt as a gift and it did not meet the quality standards I was used to from Gameday Couture. I reached out via email asking for an even exchange thinking maybe it was a random issue (the shirt size and fit didnt match the item description). It took 2.5 weeks to get a response. However, they were great once we were connected. They tried multiple ways to find the order since I received it as a gift and we did not have the receipt or order info. I sent pictures of the issue as well. They couldnt find the order but offered me a gift card as a resolution. It was completely unexpected and generous. My shirt was most likely ordered from a sports website (such as ************) but they still worked hard to help me. I will continue to buy from this company via their website or verified third party sports website. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the long delay in the initial customer service response. But again, there resolution was above and beyond expectations!Gameday Couture LLC

Dont bother. Ordered in early December for a bowl game ant the end of the month and it wont be here for another couple weeks. This isnt the expectations for ordering online these days. Company needs to figure out how to get an order out in a timely matter and stop wasting our money!Gameday Couture LLC

Absolutely the worst company to order from. First off, the order took a whole month to arrive. Secondly, we bought these items during the cyber Monday sale. When we went to return the products, it says we couldn't because the items were on sale during the time of purchase. The items were too big, I just needed to exchange them. Please don't order from this company; the quality isn't that good either. Mediums run huge.Gameday Couture LLC

Slow to ship! Slow to respond for customer service! I placed an order on Dec 12 because the website said it would arrive by Christmas if place before Dec 14th. My order took FOREVER to ship. I followed up with customer service a couple times and they waited until Christmas eve to tell me that my order would NOT arrive in time because my order was not placed by Dec 11th (which is NOT what the website read). Seems like a small company that can't keep up. Highly disappointing when ordering for a timely event. I will not be shopping here again.Gameday Couture LLC

Made an order on November 30th for a Christmas present. It was shipped outon December 7th, but **** didnt actually receive item until December 14th. It is now December 23rd. No movement on the order. I have emailed them 3 times now. Automatic response saying they will get back to me in ***** hours. Emailed on December 17, December 19, and December 23. Not a peep.
