I placed an order on December 9th in hopes to have the sweatshirt I ordered before *** as flying out to watch the Rosebowl. I realize that there's still another week and a half, but I have not received a status update or tracking number. I inquired twice now with no response. I'd rather just get a refund at this point if I can't get the sweatshirt in time, but I don't even know how to go about that since I can't get a response.

This is the WORST company to order from! If you just have to have a shirt they claim they make them order from fanatics because you will not get your order in a timely manner! I cant even use the shirt I bought for a Christmas gift because it wont get here in time and they claim I can only get credit and no refund! We are going on 19 days since I ordered! Every time I reached it was the same message that sounded like a robotic message with no response to my concerns. Save yourself and shop somewhere else! I am even worried about getting the items after reading the reviews of the material!Gameday Couture LLC

My first experience with them ordered dec 2 havent even gotten notice it has shipped. I dont see how they are in business. I will not be ordering from them again . Poor customer service Shark tank made a mistake investing in them. This was supposed to be 2 Christmas gifts . They are obviously over their headGameday Couture LLC

Be careful! They charge sales tax even if you live in a state that doesnt (**). Their site added tax to a sweatshirt (we do not have tax on clothing). I looked into it and it said tax will be adjusted once order is placed. It was not adjusted after i placed the order. I had to email them. It took a day for a response and i have to wait 3-5 days for my money. I have to wonder, how much money are they making off of people who arent paying attention???? 1 starReceived my order, the shirt is gigantic. You cannot get a refund. That information is now on the first page. They make you search for it after you've ordered. So I asked to exchange. Haven't heard a word. I wouldn't advise ordering from this online business. Now I'm stuck with an expensive sweatshirt I can't wear. What a ripoff. I've emailed twice about the shirt I ordered. It was supposed to be a medium, but it looks like a 3XL. I was so sad because I had been looking forward to getting this item for family weekend at my son's college. ****** learned! I will NEVER order from this company again.Gameday Couture LLC

We have asked **** for a photo of the damaged item and we would be happy to provide a resolution. We replied to her on the following dates
September 30 - Asking for a photo of the damaged item
October 2nd - Following up with **** letting her know we look forward to her response.
October 4th - Received the photo (oct 3rd at 19:40) We replaced her item and emailed her with replacement info.
**** send an email saying that you for getting back to me. October 4.
