Not hopeful I will be receiving my order. All communication has stopped and its been over 2 weeks. Order number ******. I will try and dispute the charge if I dont hear back from them in another 24 hours.Very disappointing.

Placed an order on Sept.7,2024 and received a completely different sweatshirt contacted GameDay couture via Instagram and email finally got a response from someone on Instagram. They agreed to send me the correct shirt if I returned the incorrect shirt that was sent to me I returned the incorrect shirt with the tracking number notified them of the delivery, they said that my shirt that I ordered was going to be sent to me once it was available warehouse on September 25. I received what was supposed to be the correct shirt that I ordered only for it to be the exact same incorrect shirt that they sent me after my order on September 7 , so here I am today without the shirt that I ordered and paid for and no response from customer service. I will never order from them. They are a total rip off.Gameday Couture LLC

Very cute game day attire but will never order from here again. I placed an order and returned the items for exchange when in all actuality, I should have just returned for my money. Placed a new order for an exchange. Days later I get an email saying one of the items I wanted in the exchange were sold out and Id get a refund. I got an email saying I was refunded $6.37not sure how when the item was $65 plus tax! Then I get the other item in the return but I get two of them when I only ordered one. I would like my refund for the sweatshirt that I DID NOT get in the exchange. I have sent FOUR emails regarding this order. I did get a response that was completely wrong.Gameday Couture LLC

I saw their stuff on ** adds and Im always a little skeptical when ordering online but I was so thrilled with my purchase. I read the reviews here and it made me more nervous but since I had a good experience I just wanted to share. I got my order in 5 days and that included a weekend. I ordered the Chiefs jacket and it looks just like the picture and was good quality and true to size. I think sometimes things might take longer for them to ship so Id just say be patient if that happens to you because I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be ordering from them again.Gameday Couture LLC

Placed an order 12 business days ago, zero updates and no answer to my email. As someone else mentioned, I also got two generic "we are working on your order" emails. I accidentally completed an order with the company on a Sunday, I was already logged into shop pay and so my order sort of auto completed when I wasnt ready. I emailed within 2 minutes of placing the order explaining my mistake, and asked them to cancel the order. I knew being a weekend I would have to wait. They emailed me Tuesday and told me order was already in process and about to ship and they couldnt cancel, but I could process a return. Well turns out returns are credit only. I email them again explaining how unfair I have to pay for and receive an order that hasnt even shipped yet, when I requested an immediate cancellation. Two people tell me the same thing. I can see the order hasnt shipped because I have the tracking info. I tell them Im going to do a chargeback, they never reply to me again. I get notice finally that order has shipped and think I might as well see the $150 worth of merch Ive paid for. Well the *** truck pulls up and drives away. No delivery. I contact *** and GameDay Couture. Lo and behold they cancelled delivery!!! Just like I had originally asked but got told was impossible. So instead of canceling my order while in process, they decided better to charge me and pay for delivery, then take the order back instead of checking and clearly seeing the charge was cleared and there was no issue. They were really going to charge me for an order they werent going to deliver w/o checking their financial info and this means they had the capability to cancel the order like my first request! Ive never dealt with anything like thing before. Terrible practices and policies in place.Gameday Couture LLC

I sent a message via their website to inquire about status with no response then today received email that order has been cancelled. Nothing about reimbursement just unforeseen circumstances.Please reply to this email if you have any questions or concerns. I placed an order a week ago and paid extra for shipping to get the item here on 9/13. The website said my order was fulfilled on 9/5, but for days it has said the carrier has not received it. I contacted customer service twice, once at the beginning of the week, and once today. Just today I finally received a reply, where they told me they have no expedited shipping and there are only suggested date ranges (which was not what it said when I was ordering my item). After reading these reviews I am not very hopeful that I will get my package tomorrow like planned. Dont order from this company unless it is months in advance from when you need the items.Gameday Couture LLC

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an nearly month ago and never received it. I received generic notifications saying that my order was being worked on. When I reached out to customer service, they said that the order was stuck in the warehouse (which, based on the below reviews, looks to be a frequent excuse) and they will push it through by EOD. I never received it. This business appears to be fraudulent, and I would recommend shopping locally or going through a trusted website, such as Fanatics versus ordering ANYTHING from this company. Shipping time given when the order is placed is not accurate. It will say order fulfilled but they tracking does not update. My order said fulfilled on 8/25 but tracking didnt update until 8/29 when supplier dropped off for shipping. I verified shipping date prior to ordering because I need the shirt by 9/4.
