Loved my Nantucket Shutter lanterns. Unfortunately they were damaged when received.My son called Black Forest Decor and told them of the incident as they were a gift to him and his wife. They were so kind and courteous toward him and immediately credited my account for the full amount. It is wonderful to deal with a company like this when they listen to the customer and live up to their excellent reputation and satisfaction. I thank you for being an honest and forth right company, and look forward to dealing with you again. May you enjoy many blessings in the years to come.

Excellent customer service so far. They quickly answered my inquiry after receiving two broken pieces and have already refunded and sent a replacement. I am waiting to see if it arrives intact but am confident in the level of competence that I've seen so far in this company. Highly recommend purchasing from them as the products are incredible. I have ordered from them several times and this is the only time there's been even the smallest issue and it was so quickly remedied. Much appreciated! I had ordered something big that was going to be delivered while I was out of town for a week. These guys worked with the shipper to make sure that it wouldn't be delivered while I was away, and for that I am very thankful. I have ordered a few items and am very pleased with the products I have purchased for our new home! The last order included an item that was damaged. The Customer Service rep was exceptional.
