Great customer service. Ordered a furniture set. The shipper mixed up the order while enroute, delivered all but one piece. Black Forest Decor was very quick to find the product and have it delivered. I also live in a rural area and the delivery company was not able to drive up my driveway. Was able to work this out very easily. Was an overall great experience. The product is built well is sturdy. Thank you Black Forest Decor. I will be back and I will be recommending you to others.

I accidentally ordered 2 Metal Ball Cap Holders. I received an email notifying me that there was a billing error. When I called, the representative I spoke with told me the order was flagged because the same item was ordered twice on the same day within minutes. I was going to keep both because it was my mistake & I have enjoyed purchases from Black Forest Decor for years! But the customer service representative said she could cancel the 2nd order. I was very pleased with this option that Black Forest Decor offers. The young lady who helped me was extremely pleasant! I LOVE this company & their products. Received a beautiful bedroom furniture set that was packaged very well but unfortunately was slightly damaged in shipping. I was hoping to keep the furniture and repair the minor damages, and the wonderful customer service responded immediately by phone and email and worked out a discount for the damage. The customer service delivered by BFD representatives is always customer centered. Throughout the several orders I have placed the agents are always happy to respond to any questions and concerns. I have always been pleased with the items I have ordered from BFD. My recent item was damaged although it was very securely packaged. After contacting them about it through e-mail, they responded quickly. I told them I was willing to keep it if my remedy for fixing it would work, which it did with little evidence of damage. I asked them for a discount instead of going to the trouble of returning it. They were willing to do so, and issued the refund promptly.
