  When I call to get help. I don’t need a person with an attitude on the other end of the ph. Who acts like I’m dumb and can’t explain what is happening.
  Need more curiosity on the phone when you call with. Problem.

  No one services our area with a reliable internet service, until we found Spark. Is has been great being able to stream and have fast internet service. Thanks Spark!

  The internet is great till the plan i have had an issue but when i called nik do his best to fix and give me the best option possible.the costumer service of this company is one of the great costumer service i have experienced nik is amazing to help me through it.Keep up the good work SPARK Service!

  I live in very rural Mississippi, and I stumbled across Spark by chance, and I do not regret that decision. I have the Blue plan, which is 110 a month. A bit pricey, but worth it. It runs off of cell networks, and I did pay extra for the modem with external antenna capabilities as I needed to do it living in the woods. It arrived when expected, with a bag of skittles! The staff are beyond helpful and US based. when you call, you will talk to an American! I currently run a smart tv, three smartphones. a tablet, ps4, laptop, printer, lightbulbs, Amazon echo, and three cameras. The only lag I have experienced has been with running all of the above, my PS4 will sometimes lag with online games. I am very happy with them, and would recommend them to anyone.

  Completely cut service after months of me calling to fix my billing situation. Very unprofessional staff, and upper management. Would not recommended.

  He did not pay his bill. Simple. His service was turned off. There were no phone calls or emails. There were no billing issues besides the fact that he did not pay his bill. For 5 months straight his bill was paid late. He previously had service with us and was a returning customer. I could have let it slide again but he got belligerent and hateful so I cancelled him.

  I was never notified my bill was late, instead I was sent a text saying my card payment had not been processed. Not only did I call multiple times trying to resolve the issue in a timely matter, but after I was harassed by an employee for asking to speak to the billing representative, I was dealt the same treatment when asking the upper management about the comments their customer service provider made to me. Saying I was belligerent and whatever further name calling on my name is nothing less than expected by this company.

  The internet is great. I went through so many providers that couldn't get me internet at my country home and spark was able to do it. The internet has been fast and reliable!

  We have never been able to get internet where we live! We have tried everything... satellite internet, hotspots from all three major carriers. Plus a WEBOOST n the roof to help with cellular data in the house. I work from home so we really needed a solution for streaming TV, kids using their school Chromebooks and me working from home. This is the first and ONLY solution that has worked. Trust me, we've tried them ALL! In the past, we had one **** hotspot that only one of us could use at time and while it worked - it only allowed one function at a time. So if I was working late, no one could steam one TV. So far on this service, we can steam two TV's, work from home (team meetings, uploading/downloading), kids on Chromebooks doing school work! It's incredible and I'm so thankful we found a solution!!   I've had SPARK internet for a couple of months now. The service is incredible, I have experienced no interruptions while streaming, even during bad weather. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful and go above and beyond anything I've experienced with an internet company before. It's much cheaper than anything else I was going to be able to get in my area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable internet with quality customer service.
