      Racist company
I went into to this store today and had a cart full mostly of 4th of July stuff and two clearance bath salts, two reusable containers for meal prep and one pack of glue sticks
The cashier had rang in everything except the two bath salts and glue stick and the reusable containers I questioned the price because they rang in 50% off of 9.99 but on the shelf it says 3.98 so I took a cashier to show her I go back and a assistant manager ***** who was all sweaty and out of breath yelled at me and said we know what your doing I said yes buying stuff I want and ask him what was his problem he said the stickers on the reusable containers he didn’t believe they were correct I said ok they all have the same sticker and you have a thousand on shelf and then preceded to tell me the glue sticks were not on clearance and they were and he said we know what you did the other day you people come in and try and pull this bs all the time yet his dripping in sweat like a big pig I was shocked and was like I will take my money else were no problem and he said something under his breath and said excuse me did you call me a ****** he said leave or I will call the cops honestly I wanted him to after he refused to sell me the stuff but they are not the only store around hello and why would I put a clearance sticker on glue sticks lol and bath salts and a sticker on the reusable containers that come in already priced oh yes like he said you people do this all the time excuse me I don’t do that shit ok so how dear you ***** and I have contacted the District manager ******** and nope no call back and she doesn’t answer her phone I am disgusted and I will never ever spend a penny in any of the Hobby Lobby stores as long as I live on this earth or the next life period it’s so sad I wanted him to check the prices on the items he was accusing me of he would have looked very stupid but again after the way I was treated and talked to with ****** ****** *** I am all set u should too

As a former police officer, 12 year veteran and strong Christian and amazing man who has only ever had one traffic ticket that works for the government I will not tolerate false accusations. I want Hobby Lobby to make the situation right. I set up my Christmas tree for the holiday and wanted to have a train to go around it for my wifes kids to enjoy. I went to Hobby Lobby with my wife. We went in and were together the entire time just browsing the store, I was on the phone with my mom the entire time. I was talking to my mom about a train when a employee walked up to me and interrupted my conversation. She said all items are 50% off and I brushed her off and ignored her because I was on the phone. Within 10 minutes of this, I had a man come to us and stalk us. He kept watching and being awkward, following us all through the store. My wife talked to 3 employees about joining our church. While checking out I told them I was a former police officer and vet and asked for the discounts, they denied us them, the woman at the register was very hostile and rushed us. The man who followed us continued to stand behind us the entire time we checked out. My wife was scared, she didn’t think buying a train for the kids would go so badly. We paid and left the store, the man followed us out, we called the police because it was so weird and they told us to file a complaint on the man. I proceeded to call and I asked for the manager on duty. I told her I would like to file a complaint about stalking and harassing of my wife and I. I asked her for her name and she refused 5 times. She then said she should have called the police and claimed I was a predator, she claimed I talked to an under age 14 year old employee and touched her. I did not even talk to a woman !!!, I was on the phone the entire time with my mom and was with my wife. My wife reaching out to people about church did not need such a sick response by an atheist who is at a store that labels themselves as Christian.

I love Hobby weqqLobby, I literally bought all my wedding decor from them and all of my cow decor from them. The only thing I’m complaining about is that Hobby Lobby needs to get with the 21st century where all place of businesses have been using Apple Pay and scanners for years now….there’s literally been 100 times where I had to remind the cashier what item is on sale because they’ll just look at the sticker price and type down the full price on the register without even looking at the weekly ad to see if any of the items I have are on sale or not.

While shopping on july 28 2024 I was in the clearance section and noticed these signsCLEARANCE
      SELECT GROUP OF HOME DECOR
      75%
THE MARKED PRICE*. I didn’t read the small print below. “Your discount price is shown on orange “reduced” sticker” I loaded my cart with multiple items thinking that the price would be 75% off the marked price. When I got to counter I was informed that the price was the marked price. I showed them the signs and they said they have had a lot of complaints about the signs. I called the headquarters and made a formal complaint where they told me again that they have had numerous complaint and that they would tell the appropriate people. Another words he blew me off. I would like to see the signs changes and I feel a should at least get an apology for wasting my time and a lot of other people their time.

I am a regular bicycle commuter and needed to purchase some items from them. The store does not have any designated bicycle structures for parking my bicycle safely with a lock. I decided to get off my bicycle and walk it into the store next to me. I was approached by someone who worked in the store, but I couldn't say for sure, as he neither introduced himself nor had a nametag. He abruptly said that bikes weren't allowed in the store. I asked him why as my bike was close to my body and nothing was sticking out from it. He told me it was due to "damage". If I was riding, I could understand. However, it is narrower than a shopping cart, or stroller, which could do a lot more damage!I told them they needed to get bike parking and left. They lost my business

I placed an order for plastic model cars on 3-22-2024. The order was shipped on the 26th and has been stuck in ****** ever since. I have placed several emails where I get generic responses explaining what I already know. I am disabled so spending money is very important. ***** keeps moving the date ahead. I am beyond frustrated. I cannot remember a time when I received this type of treatment. I don't need excuses. I won't shop or ever recommend this company. Thanks.

This review is for Hobby Lobby ONLINE. I purchased a gift card on 11/22/23. It was to be delivered directly to the recipient out of state within ten business days. Hobby Lobby doesn't send an email to confirm that your order has been shipped, or an email to confirm delivery. I checked the website tracker and realized it never said that the order "shipped." It still said "processing." I awkwardly confirmed that the recipient still hadn't received the gift card. When I called on 12/27/23, and asked why it hadn't been shipped yet, I was told by a very pleasant worker that it HAD been shipped and that the website tracker always says "processing" even after delivery. Because it had not yet been activated (because it was never ACTUALLY shipped/delivered), customer service offered to cancel that card and re-issue a new one containing the same gift card message at no extra charge to me. (Generous, right! Go figure.) I agreed to let them issue a new card. 11 business days later, still no gift card. I called. Another very pleasant worker informed me that the new card had never been sent by the previous worker, but that they had refunded my ApplePay. They'd never sent an email to inform me of this change. I never got any notification of a refund. After searching my card statement, I confirmed that I was refunded on 12/29/23. I will never purchase anything from Hobby Lobby online and I will spread the word far and wide. Their customer service reps are very kind, but this experience has turned me off completely. Until they start sending proper email receipts/confirmations/shipping notices/etc. and update their website tracker through the entire purchase process (like every other company out there; Amazon, Etsy, etc), they will continue to "accidentally" rob their customers who send gifts. So disappointing. Now I'm off to purchase a new gift from a different establishment altogether.

Poor excuse for a store. First week of December, and the Christmas item shelves were totally empty!

BEWARE!! I ordered 5 Red Truck Dishes. I only received ONE. According to Hobbly Lobby customer service, I should have received 5. I paid for 5 + $8.95 shipping. I was told it's up to their ********************* whether I get a refund. AND they will not refund shipping. I would not have ordered ANY had I known it would cost $9 to ship 1 $5 item. Mad. Won't EVER order online from Hobby Lobby again!

They will not honor their own sale prices. The pricetag is printed on the actual label, this is the everyday price of the item.I was charged the label price of items that were supposed to be 50% off. The cashier said that it already was the sale price, the whole ordeal made me sick. False advertising and lies, so very disappointed.
