      Hobby Lobby in **************** has a racist store manager named *******************. He has his favorites, he's unprofessional and treats those he doesn't like unfairly and closes the door on the " open door policy" his response was I have more important things to thing about. I was also told he schedules the losers aka people he doesn't like on the closing shift. Watch it with this man. He's been transferred from one store they had nothing good to say about him. He doesn't not communicate nor follow company policy.

      I absolutely love our Hobby Lobby in Alexandria, LA. It's strange to see the negative reviews about cleanliness of stores as I've never been in a dirty Hobby Lobby. I also wanted to give a shout out to Jonathan, a young man employed there that helped me carry a large item to my vehicle. When we got there, he noticed my tire was completely flat so, he immediately started helping me. I can change a tire I'm sure but, I couldn't get the jack out and had a flimsy little jack once we got it out. The whole process wasn't easy. He asked if I could run inside and tell someone he was helping me. I did then a little while later a coworker came out and said the manager was upset because he was changing a tire on the clock. Really? As much money I spend there? You would think they would be happy for him going above and beyond to help a customer. Anyway that's no reflection on Hobby Lobby just that particular manager. Oh, and all the while my dog was in the truck so him helping me made it a lot quicker. I just love that Hobby Lobby is pet friendly!

      This place is a joke! Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable yet the store itself is always in a disarray!!! Boxes everywhere you can’t even get through to shop!!! It’s truly unsafe, ladders are stored in the middle of the aisles, bathrooms are unsanitary and filled with tissue paper everywhere! It stinks in there! There is always trash in the aisles. I come here often and every week I see the same glitter piled up in the aisles. No one has used a sweep mop in weeks I can tell you that! Someone needs to come here and clean this place up. Manager is not helpful, he is always stressed and seems unpleasant to approach for help!

      Was wrongfully accused of stealing at their ************** location by an employee named ************************************* or something along those lines.I have never liked coming in here. My mother wanted to go in and look around. She was about to check out, and I had a cart with nothing but my small insulated cooler bag I brought in so it wouldn't have to be in the car. Which remained in the cart and wasn't even accessed by me during the entire duration of being in the store. I guess just because I was walking around the store and ended up not buying anything, it makes me a target...? It honestly made me irate. I sort of noticed her hovering around me a couple times a few minutes before that out of the corner of my vision when I was just walking. So while my mom was checking out her stuff I pushed my cart back to the area in the front of the registers. This employee "Carisse" darted in front of me, smirked and proceeded to say "Are you going to pay for all that stuff you put in your bag?"Me: "...EXCUSE me?" and I immediately pulled all the contents out which included my frozen ice pack, a water bottle, some bakery items I just got from another place, some trash and napkins.Just proceeds to stare at me with the most idiotic smile I've ever seen and mumbled something so I asked what it was that l did that even made it look like I was stealing. Just stared at me with no answer and a dead-eyed expression.It is embarrassing and frustrating being accused of something you didn't do. Looks like there have been a few other instances of this left in reviews by other customers as well. Will never return even as a guest or reccomend to anyone. Disgusting.

      I ordered a few things from Hobby Lobby's website and called the customer service to see when my package would arrive. I was told they sent the items to the billing address and not the mailing address! The rep stated there is nothing she could do and that is policy. I don't understand why this policy is coming from Hobby Lobby! The customer service policy is not a good one. I thought this company is a Christian faith company! Well this defiantly is not very Christian like to handle customers this way! Other companies would have corrected the issue to keep their customers happy and coming back! I DO NOT recommend anyone ordering online, due to this policy.

      They told me at the hiring event that after the store was set up in two weeks that the pay would rise from 13.00 to 18.50 and we would receive full health insurance. I busted my **** and waited three weeks and they told me that they are not making any decisions anytime soon. I am only writing to warn others like myself who has a family and quit a good job with benefits thinking they were getting a higher paying job.
