  First order with Perfect Vape and I received all 5 Orbit Vapes in perfect condition. Vapes were in their original packaging and then all packed into a white plastic postal envelope. Not a lot of protection from the normal bumps and bangs from the postal system but they still arrived here in ****** in perfect condition.For this order I will give 5 stars. I hope their service will continue to be this outstanding.

  If I could rate them as no stars I would. I have ordered from this company many times in the last two years. Multiple times I received someone else’s order and every time I had spoke to them to return the items. Each time I was told I did not need too. I recently had an order in which was not delivered. At first I was told that I needed to talk to the USPS to have a statement saying it was not delivered. Which I did. Then I was told by their customer support manager that they would be unable to refund or ship my product per their policy. This was extremely frustrating as it was 100$ worth of product. They offer no contact solutions other than email and we’re very rude. They practice very poor business practice and do not pay attention whatsoever to their orders.

  I have been buying from Perfect Vape for well over a year and have had zero issues. When doing my order I noticed they only had a B for a BBB rating, which is crazy to me. They should be an A! I’m in Texas and usually receive my order in a week after placing. They are fast and communicate well. I’ve had one time that they couldn’t fulfill 1 item in my large order and they refunded fast for that item. Super company!   I purchase from here all the time. I received my last 2 elfbar ultras. I just opened the 2nd one and it is dead. I went on to the site and they don't cover disposables. No way to reach the company. I will no longer purchase from this company and go back to local.

  Monday (1/30/23) - shiped

  Wednesday (2/1/23) - sipped
  Thursday (2/2/23) - shipped
  Friday (2/3/23) - Arrived

  These people doing shipment are complete morons. I spent over 200$ for 20 OF THE SAME EXACT VAPES. THEY SENT ME ONLY 2 VAPES OF WHAT I DID NOT ORDER. GETTING A REFUND THROUGH MY BANK SINCE THIS COMPANY SUCKS. I've purchased from them for about 2 years now. This is the 3rd time I've had an issue. THERES SO MANY BETTER, CHEAPER, AND LEGIT SITES TO ORDER FROM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HASSLE! DONT BUY FROM HERE. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ON THE BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

  Very confused by horrible reviews as well, I don't really post often but this is one of the few vape websites that actually has a ton of positives that have made it my favorite:-GREAT prices, I can get juice here at 60% the same price of other places -Shipping is FLAT rate and very reasonable -They have their own home made *** approved juice production that's pretty solid CONS:-A bunch of stuff goes out of stock often, and rotational discounts/overstock options disappoint Cons??:-If you're underage they probably wont ship to you. (here's looking at you random negative reviews).-If you are underage you shouldn't even be here, get a better hobby.

  This is an illegitimate business. You can order and they'll take your money, but you will never receive anything after that. No proof of tracking or order sent. All they do is take your money and then refuse to ship the products ordered. Order was placed with them over 2 weeks ago, they immediately took the funds from my credit card and that's the last ever heard anything regarding my order. I tried initiating a refund, and they said my items could not be refunded. If they are somehow legit, then they think 6-8 weeks shipping and handling is still the norm. I wonder if this is truly a business at all but rather an online clearinghouse for criminal activities. Beware of this (fake) "business."
