I have been doing business with TBs since *********************************************************************************** the **************. At first Tbs always used to pay on time here recently Tbs has changed and you can never get ahold of them by phone only by the app by chatting. They are very rude to start. They advertise same day funding when in all actuality its once in a blue moon that happens and only if you constantly, multiple times a day reach out to them to make sure they are working on your schedules. You ask in chat for a call from a manager and never get that I have documentation and screen shots with me asking multiple times and never getting a call. Im looking to have my contract with tbs terminated mutually without early termination fees. Also would like to mention that they claim every load must be verified which is a new policy due to previous clients committing fraud. They wont call the brokers but only email which could take days. Multiple times they have emailed email addresses that arent even for verification or billing. They never reach out to there clients if theres issues. If the BBB would like documentation of these claims to verify the accuracy I would gladly send them over. Businesses like this should not be able to be in business. I have been late on multiple personal bills due to the neglect and carelessness of TBS. I have sat for three days at a truck stop unable to get fuel because TBS took 4 days to pay me for something thats supposed to be same day pay if submitted by 12pm CST. I just would like the BBB to actually audit these claims and I would gladly provide my documentation as well as multiple other clients. There ****** reviews alone tell you what type of business these people are running. I would like to mention I have attempted to terminate my contract with tbs only to be told I cant without paying $5000 which is not feasible for a small business like myself. I have been doing business with TBS since 2015 service was great turn paperwork in by noon be paid by 5 Pm can always call and get a live person online fir any problems or concerns now they hve a new system that verify the loads 1st before they pay its taking days before I am paid on loads cant ever get in contact with nobody hve to call and request a call back they take 25% charge back now before was whatever the client and TBS agreed upon taking amount out, my business can not operate with them not paying me for my loads 5-7 sometime longer on loads, they over paid me over 15 times and everytime I catch it and try and contact them never no live representative jus a system telling u to request the call back, I requested to get out of my contract in February 2024 said I needed a 30 days notice that I couldnt I am so not happy with the service TBS provide now there in breach of there contract I never agreed to any new policy changes bout to lose my company do to TBS not factoring my funds hve lost 2 drivers do to cant pay because TBS hve money and want gve a call back or email updating anything jus leave it all for me to figure it out call them every single day 5 days Monday thru Friday concerning charge backs over 5000 dollars was taken I. I'm in a contract with tbs factoring. I feel they are inbreach of my contract cause service I contracted with them I'm not receiving. **** day funding I'm not getting, they remove my client rep. I email them to call me they tell me I got to wait 24 to 48 hrs for a call back. Can't get a manager to call back to report my issues. They confiscated my payments to force me to sign a notice of assignment. I've been with this factoring company almost 4 years . So my company is not turning the same revenue it once was due to the economy in the trucking business. So now I'm being treated like c*** by them since my revenue is down . I have issues on my aging report that should have been removed cause they decided I didnt owe that it was there fault on payment but they haven't removed it from my report. I have talked to other companies that said when you leave they try to make you pay it still knowing you don't owe it.Business Response

We have strict procedures to verify any requests to add authorized users, requiring confirmation directly from the account owner before making changes.
We acknowledge the possibility that this unauthorized access occurred as early as 2015. Due to the transition to new systems and the implementation of additional security measures since that time, confirming changes made to the account through auditing can be challenging. Despite these limitations, we have remained in direct communication with the client to secure their account information and are actively working to provide additional documentation related to any unauthorized activity.

TBS informed the client on February 22, 2024, that payment on a factored load was being withheld by their customer pending submission of legible paperwork. In alignment with our policy, we granted a three-day deadline until February 27, 2024, for the client provide TBS with the requested documentation so we could confirm resolution of this matter. TBS did not receive a response from the client by the provided deadline or prior to the initial chargeback payment, leading to the chargeback deductions, as per our standard procedure.
After collecting the initial chargeback payment from the client on March 4, TBS received email notice from the client on March 5 that the issue had been resolved with their customer. At the point of receiving notice of the resolution, the chargeback process was already in motion and could not be halted. However, consistent with our policies, the client will be reimbursed for any deductions once payment from their customer is secured.
While TBS acknowledges the frustrations expressed by our client, we want to affirm that our established processes and communications aim to ensure transparency and equitable treatment across all interactions with our clients. I used the ********** location of TBS factoring service for a few years. After the terrible customer ********************** we decided to switch companies in late summer of 2023. While in the transition of switching companies I hauled a few loads for different brokerages. I sent to these brokers the proper paperwork to show our Notice of assignment had changed. However by the time I sent in my paperwork to my new factoring company the brokers systems had not updated in time to show where payment was suppose to be sent. Therefore they sent payments over to TBS where they refuse to send them over to my current factoring company and now will not respond to any of my emails or phone calls. I am having to pay the $3498 out of my pocket since this money was funded to me by my current factoring company and they have never received the payments that should have been forwarded over by TBS. TBS did respond to one email on 1/18/24 stating that the funds would be forwarded over by the end of the month. I have sen countless email and called numerous times to no avail. I am simply asking that they work with me on this to sort this mess out.Business Response

On 6/23/21, we factored a load that was done on 6/21/21. On 7/11/2021, the brokers accounts payable sent our company an email stating a POD was not received yet. On 7/12/21, I forwarded this email to *******, our account manager at the time. Her reply was "we will resubmit the invoice." I do not know what else was required of us, especially since the email to submit the load was notated on the forwarded email. This was not charged back until 2 years and 8 months later on February 2024. We began investigating this with the broker who made an attempt to get this paid. Unfortunately, since it was almost 3 years later, they declined to pay the amount. I have asked on numerous occasions for this to be researched on TBS side. I have asked for an explanation as to why it took over 2 years to chargeback, proof that this invoice was sent to RIGZ, proof that they kept our company apprised of difficulty to collect money, and all reports showing the history of this load. To this date, I have not even received a reply back. I called customer ********************** and they sent us the invoice, but it does not show who they submitted it to or how many attempts they have tried to submit. Today, I received a call from ***** our portfolio manager, who stated that there is nothing they can do as they have already charged back the amount. She stated that even though TBS failed to submit the paperwork to the correct company and that it took almost three years to chargeback, that they will not adjust any amount off as disputes are no longer a customer's right as of October 2023. This new policy doesn't apply to this load as we could've disputed 2 years ago if TBS would've properly followed through. ***** also kept saying she wasn't here 2 years ago which is an unacceptable response and further solidifies our reason for the dispute. TBS simply does not have the customer ********************** skills to solve issues and blames others for their mistakes. Do NOT factor with this company, it will cause headachesBusiness Response

I use their factoring service. They systematically ignore deductions that I submit, so that they can finance a larger amount, causing me to have a higher fees.I pay them 3.5% of my gross receipt, that have an average of 30 days payment terms. That is well over 40% per annum. This has happened at least three or four times. I have complained and they don't do anything about it.Business Response
